  1. guest list in split screen formats weirdly

    When you use the Windows 10 snap-screen feature (useful for comparing guest lists in another program) the formatting gets weird and it's unusable. Only works when you have the full screen which makes it harder to work with

  2. Venue Denied to Host Due to ****** Orientation

    I apologize if this is not the appropriate method to voice this concern, but my fiance and I were denied by the Yellowleaf Creek Mill in Clanton, Alabama due to our same *** status. I have an email attached from the Yellowleaf Creek Mill expressing their discriminatory policy.   3. Registry Store Column vs Rows

    List the stores in registries horizontally in a 4 column system to show more of the stores. That way they can stack up as many rows needed but still more than two stores are shown. No one is clicking see more. Your are doing a disservice to your clientele and partnering stores.

  4. Bring back Household and Individual counts

    Before the most recent update, on the browser site there was a count on the left hand side of the guest list manager that listed the number of individuals and the number of households separately. I found this very helpful when determining the number of save the dates to order, since I would only have to have enough for each household, not each individual. Now after the update, I noticed those counts are gone. Is it possible to bring this feature back?

  5. provide search results for the area you search first

    When I search Orillia. I get a page of ‘featured’ understood but too long, then it should be what I searched. Not a 100km radius mixed in. Give me what I search for, then offer surrounding area by distance

  6. Show more then just two websites titles on the Wedding Website (public side)

    When you are on the Wedding Website on the public side, then under registry, it only shows two website titles. Then it makes you people look for the "show more" to find our other websites. I can tell you now, guest have looked right over the "show more" and think we only have 2 websites. There is room to have at least 4 titles showing.

    And please fix the customzing the wish list title with the little 4 way arrow.

  7. RSVP - Use of Cache/Cookie Data - User Experience Improvement Required

    RSVP functionality.

    If guests are trying to RSVP and using a shared computer, the RSVP registers the first attendee. When the second attendee attempts to RSVP, the option is not available because the browser seems to recognise, from the cookies, that the guest has already RSVP'd.

    Easy to reproduce in testing; would recommend reviewing and adjusting the settings to not look at cookies/cache, or provide an option to 'RSVP as another guest' etc.

  9. BRING BACK Drop Downs Under Sections

    PLEASE Bring back the drop downs menu on the wedding website.

    Where it could list Registry then drop downs be Pottery Barn, Bed Bath and Beyond, ETC.

    This used to be a feature and I have no Idea why it was taken away. I like different sections all being able to be under one header...

  10. Registry Not Sorting In The Order You Choose

    Registry states you can drag and drop the tiles in the order you wish when selecting the custom feature. This does not work. When I drag something it just goes back to where it originally was.I then previewed my registry as a view and it says it is in the order of "couples fav" ... this is not listed in our favorite order, won't allow us to even arrange the order ...

    I then tried to have viewers just see the price high to low when they first go on my registry page and this does not work either. It…

  11. Can we have the option to edit (remove) the time after we entered it in?

    My fiance unknowingly added the times for our ceremony and reception when I didn't want to include that in our website yet. We are about to send our save the dates and all I want to provide to guests is the date and location of our ceremony/reception. No granular details yet until we send out the invitations. However, there is no option to deselect a time. I can only change it.

  12. Add Text Alignment to Wedding Websites

    Currently, most of our Wedding Website designs are not offering the ability to align text in a custom fashion. We would love to hear from our Couples that are designing their sites about this feature. Let us know if you enjoy having the alignment decided for you or if you still see a need for us to allow this customization. We need your feedback.

  14. Guest List Manager Personal Notes

    Allow the RSVP Personal notes on the website. It's frustrating to only get them via email and very hard to track. Especially since only I have my email linked and not the groom. I almost missed them because I thought these were only notification emails not knowing they were the only place I would see the notes.

  16. Canadian Accounts

    My fiancé and I already live together so the main thing we need help with is money for our honeymoon. We set up a cash fund on TheKnot but unfortunately we cannot route the funds since we live in Canada. Just wondering if and/or when routing Canadian accounts will become an option!!

    Hi there!

    Thank you for reaching out about The Knot Cash Fund. This is still a very new addition to The Knot and we are excited so many couples are looking at using this for their cash registry solution.

    Right now, the Cash Fund is limited to being linked to a physical stateside Bank accounts both for the couple and for the guest. This means that a US account is required to set up the fund and a US issued credit card will need to be used to make a gift for a couple.

    We are hearing from a few couples and guests that are other places in the world and would love to know when this might open up to their countries and banks. For now, the US banks will be required, but we are definitely looking at an international option and keeping track of where these requests are…

  17. Is there a way to have multiple emails for a household? While they may share a mailing address most do not share an email address.

    Allow users to create individual contacts then merge in to a household. Currently households only allow one email address. While they may share a mailing address they do not share email addresses.

  18. Links to Events to RSVP?

    I'd love to send a private link to the people just in the rehearsal dinner for them to RSVP to. I don't want to leave it open to everyone...

  19. Please provide a check both for Save the Date sent

    You already provide boxes for invitation and thank you card sent, but, not Save the Dates. Since this is a popular item to send, it seems like you would offer that. I had to track my Save the Dates on a spreadsheet rather than the app.

  20. Have "Accept" or "Decline" rather than a checkmark or an X.

    Customizable would be ideal, but I'm afraid that the X and checkmark options might be confusing. I'd like it to say "Accepts with Pleasure" or "Declines with Regret" or something along those lines.
