  1. iPad optimised

    It is a nightmare trying to design and manage my site on my iPad. I have to power up my laptop which takes forever. Are there any plans to make the site mobile friendly?

      Hi and thanks for getting in touch! We do have plans to optimize for tablet but not in the too near future.

      We are currently focused on improving the desktop and phone experiences.

    • [Wedding Website] I'd still like the option for side navigation on my wedding website.

      I really dislike the new way that the wedding websites are laid out. It seems silly to have to scroll through the information, rather than click the sections. Why did you take away the side sections (or at least have an option to select the layout)? The headers at the top that have the drop down menus are hard to read with the layout designs there are. The old websites were much better organized and easier to read. I'm seriously considering julding my own site and abandoning this one.

          • [Fashion] PLEASE add a "wedding dress color" search option!

            Like many other brides, I won't be wearing a white gown for my wedding (and I therefore won't be using The Knot to search for wedding gowns, as there seems to be no way to find dresses that aren't white). I'd be thrilled to find this option in the future!

                I am attempting to export our accepted guest list but it keeps exporting

                  Unfortunately our guest list manager can only export the entire list. We are still making improvements and this option may be possible in the future, so be on the look out for any updates.

                • [Vendors] I would like to be able to send an image in my messages when replying back to inquiries.

                  I would like to be able to send photos or pages/images to people who are inquiring about my services. Is there not a way to do this?

                  • [Favorites] I'd like to be able to create + manage my own boards and add to them.

                    I really don't like that I can't create or delete boards. I have an old one that didn't transfer over well but the board itself is still there. I'd like to delete it and make a new one, but the only one I can use right now is "Things I love" which is the automatic one.
                    I also cannot move existing favorites into either of the boards. If I unfavorite and re-favorite, it just appears in the automatic board.

                    This is not helpful!

                    I used to love this site and left for a while because I was only thinking about…

                      We’re sorry that you’re having a bad experience with the new site and the transition of the Favorites tool. We plan to bring back the ability to create and manage your own boards.

                      For right now, you’ll only be able to manage from the one “Things I love” board. We can help to delete your old boards though, if you’d like. Please let us know if this is something you’d like to proceed with.

                    • [Favorites] I'm unable to remove Favorites

                      With your new design, it seems we can no longer edit (i.e. remove items) our favorites or boards. There is no option to edit on the page, hovering over the thumbnail does not generate an option, and many of the favorites have web addresses that no longer exist.

                      Please make a more intuitive system for deleting favorite-ed items.

                      Also, you may already be aware, but your new site does not have full functionality in Chrome. Pages are cut off in the middle, so you can't view a whole board, and can't post any discussions.

                        Hi and we’re sorry for the delay. Thank you for sending your feedback though!

                        You should be able to un-click the heart on the product detail pages to remove Favorites. We are working on an optimized experience for this though. Stay tuned for updates!

                        And the layout problem you mentioned is also a known issue. It’s being looked into.

                        How in this age of social media is it possible that this website doesn't let you share with friends? And . . . what is the point of letting you search for engagement rings if you can't share them with your fiance?

                          I checked your FAQs about favorites. I want to clean out the clutter, but any of the old favorites that I click on only says:

                          " Sorry, it looks like that page has gone missing.

                          Need help? Please check out our frequently asked questions, or send us your feedback."

                          Can we please get some tools to delete favorites? (Or boards, for that matter--looks like the "Things I Love" board and the board I made on the previous site is overlapping.)

                            The issue with the favorites opening a broken link is known and we are working on a fix

                            We are also planning on feature updates which include being about to batch edit your favorites. Currently, if you are able to access a favorite, you should be able to un-click the heart.

                            We will also support board creation soon to help you get organized.

                          • [Checklist] It would be awesome to have an interactive calendar app.

                            A calendar application would be great. We could merge the existing checklist items and add our own appointments to it. One for our phones so there is easy access to it.

                                We are working on a solution that will allow brides to favorite images in more places across the site. Depending on what we learn about how brides engage with the Favorite button on images, will we start to add it in new places.

                              • [Filters] When filtering, I want to select multiple options within a category.

                                For example, in browsing engagement rings, I should be able to select more than 1 stone shape, as well as the metal, and multiple designers. This makes the search more user friendly!

                                • [Local Vendors] I want to view more than one photo at a time on vendor pages.

                                  When I'm looking at pictures of venues, I'd like a way to see more than one at once, instead of having to continually hit the next arrow. This helps when quickly trying to determine if a venue could be a potential "favorite."

                                  • [Filters] I want to see more silhouette choices when I filter dress results.

                                    I definitely think there should be more drop down choices for the dress search. Although the basics are covered, I would like to see more choices for silhouette, and maybe an active response as you plug in the choices rather than clicking apply each time.

So sorry for that! We did find a fix and here is how you can get your list back. Please delete the app from your mobile device and then find it fresh in the App Store. Download it and log back into your account. The original version of your checklist should now be restored. Let us know if you have questions.
