  1. Canadian Accounts

    My fiancé and I already live together so the main thing we need help with is money for our honeymoon. We set up a cash fund on TheKnot but unfortunately we cannot route the funds since we live in Canada. Just wondering if and/or when routing Canadian accounts will become an option!!

    Hi there!

    Thank you for reaching out about The Knot Cash Fund. This is still a very new addition to The Knot and we are excited so many couples are looking at using this for their cash registry solution.

    Right now, the Cash Fund is limited to being linked to a physical stateside Bank accounts both for the couple and for the guest. This means that a US account is required to set up the fund and a US issued credit card will need to be used to make a gift for a couple.

    We are hearing from a few couples and guests that are other places in the world and would love to know when this might open up to their countries and banks. For now, the US banks will be required, but we are definitely looking at an international option and keeping track of where these requests are…

  2. Use Facebook Customer Service to Send Message to its Administraor.

    If you want to send a message to Facebook administrator, then you have to tap on the Message option, which is at the page’s cover photo. If you don’t get the Message option that means administrator disallows the incoming message. In his scenario, you can use a text box option to post on the page’s timeline. If you are facing any issues, then contact Facebook Customer Service.

  3. Contact Facebook Customer Service to Download Your Account.

    If you want to download your Facebook account, then you should go to the Settings option. From there, you have to click on the Download a copy of your Facebook data option. Now, click on the download Archive option. Once, your archive gets ready then you will get a notification. Again tap on the Download Archive option. To know more, call to Facebook Customer Service.

  5. Unable to Recover Account? Avail Facebook Customer Service.

    You can create many accounts on Facebook at any time from anywhere. If you want to recover your account then you have to make sure that you are logged in to your account. Now, go to service option and then tap on Facebookwhen it asked to recover your account. Now, you have to fill all the instructions to recover it.You can also use Facebook Customer Service to fix it.

  6. Can I Report a Problem to Facebook Customer Service?

    At the time of using Facebook, if you are facing any issues then you can make a report to Facebook Customer Service. You have to ensure that you are logged into your account. Now, tap on the More icon and select the Help option. From where you can simply make a report on what you are facing. If you still facing issue, then contact us directly to resolve it quickly.

  7. Can't Edit Wedding Event Information

    I am able to locate the correct section on the Dashboard to edit the wedding date and time. I am able to correctly input my wedding date and time, and I am even able to save it. Over the past couple of days, I have tried updating this on my laptop, on my phone browser and on my The Knot app, but the changes NEVER show up on my wedding website or preview. When I go back to the edit page, it either shows all my changes in place or sometimes, the date is blank but the time is still…

  8. Seating chart builder

    Would be great to have a seating chart builder built in, I noticed Wedding Wire has one and if a new bride-to-be was comparing features that would be an easy sway.

  9. Guest Check-in

    It would be a good idea or option to allow the Bridal Couple to go digital with guest check-in. If you could somehow make it an option to allow guests to check-in at the event with whomever is at the Reception table and also to make sure that their mailing address is correct or current.

  11. Rearrange Photo Album Order

    Please PLEASE make the option available to rearrange photo albums once they are uploaded. I spent so much time arranging photos in the three albums that I uploaded so that they were order of preference. The first album I did was our engagement photos and then I uploaded two more so now our engagement photo album is last and I would really love for that to be first. I don't want to delete it and have to redo everything again. If we can rearrange photos in the albums, why can we rearrange the actual albums? Please address this as I…

  12. Please provide a check both for Save the Date sent

    You already provide boxes for invitation and thank you card sent, but, not Save the Dates. Since this is a popular item to send, it seems like you would offer that. I had to track my Save the Dates on a spreadsheet rather than the app.

  13. Kids on Guest List

    It would be great to be able to mark which guests are kids. When providing numbers to caterers, they often have a discounted price for kids 12 and under, 9 and under, or 5 and under. Being able to keep track of that easier on the Knot would be awesome! Overall the guest list manager is great though.

  14. Wedding Planning Dashboard

    After I've selected my vendor and marked it as "booked" I no longer want to see suggestions for that category of vendors on my dashboard. For instance, I've booked my reception venue however when I view my dashboard, I see the "Focus on Reception Venues". It takes up a lot of real estate on the page but is no longer of use to me. Selecting "Booked" would be the trigger to remove it and alternatively, deselecting "Booked" would trigger it being visible again.

  15. Improvements for the guest list

    The guest list information is a nightmare. If there is a guest, and that guest's plus one has a known name, and we enter it, those two names should be the only two allowed to be "searched for" and RSVP'd for instead of me having to check and recheck the guest list every time someone RSVPs. It just accepts everyone's RSVP and adds them as new guests instead of going off the list you have already created. Double, no, TRIPLE the work and a lot of frustration.   16. Be able to Customize Dashboard

    Agreeing with a comment below that < I've already booked my venue and no longer need to focus on it > so it would be great if I could choose and move which blocks I want at the top at that particular time - let me choose what I am focusing on

  17. Ability to sort Newlywed fund

    The gifts in our Newlywed Fund are sorted randomly (or at least there's no clear, discernible order). This means that, when I see a new gift was given, I have to scroll through all the other ones and try to pick it out so that we can make sure we thank everyone appropriately.

    The Fund should be able to be sorted based on the gift, the date given, and or the giver's name.

  18. Let people put in more than one Vendor for each category

    For some categories, like Beauty, I have hired more than one person, but I am only able to input one vendor. For instance, I have separate hair and makeup people, but it does not allow me to put both in as hired vendors. Even on the Wedding Day Timeline, I try to put the makeup vendor in separately, and it always ends up changing it to my organist for some reason. Please fix this!

  19. Stop recommending venues if user has chosen

    If I've already chosen a venue, and added the vendor to my Vendor's list, why do you continue to recommend venues to me? Logic should be in place so that the next, or which vendor I have not yet booked, should surface. I'd hate to choose a venue, and then have a better one, or one I didn't see the first time around, be recommended to me and then feel like maybe I didn't exhaust all my options.
