  1. Please provide a check both for Save the Date sent

    You already provide boxes for invitation and thank you card sent, but, not Save the Dates. Since this is a popular item to send, it seems like you would offer that. I had to track my Save the Dates on a spreadsheet rather than the app.

  2. Provide the ability to respond to guest book comments on the website, not through a personal email.

    I would like to reply with a note to the people that post on the wedding guestbook, NOT via email. Some of them might be asking questions and sending best wishes, and instead of replying through email, it would be nice to reply right there, so other guests that might be having the same questions, can ready through.

  3. International guests & Newlywed funds

    I highly suggest looking into options for international guests -instead of being US centric only- for the newlywed funds, or clearly mark upfront that it is not an option for couples having international guests attending. It turns out you can only contribute to the funds with US credit cards, which makes it unusable in our case. I only wish we would have known that before and looked for alternatives. While I can understand that our linked account, to which the funds go, needs to be a US account, I am totally baffled that guests cannot contribute internationally. Please look into…

  4. guest list organization website too

    The Android app allows you to categorize/group the guest list. It would be nice if this is option was also available on the website.

  5. "Wishlist" Optional feature

    Please go back to making the Wishlist of registry items optional. Not everyone wishes to have the individual items on their page and would rather just have the links to their registries visible. Specially important when you have registries from vendors that are not partnered with The Knot. I believe the Wishlist use to be an optional feature but with the recent upgrades this seems to be permanent now? Displaying the individual items on the website really clutters the registry page, in my opinion.

  6. Kids on Guest List

    It would be great to be able to mark which guests are kids. When providing numbers to caterers, they often have a discounted price for kids 12 and under, 9 and under, or 5 and under. Being able to keep track of that easier on the Knot would be awesome! Overall the guest list manager is great though.

  7. Notify when something has been purchased from the registry

    Notifications! TheKnot should notify (via email or other alert) when something has been purchased from your registry, especially if it's a one-off item that was added using the "Add to The Knot" button

  8. Add suggested budget amounts based on total budget

    It would be really helpful to me if when I put my total budget into the Budgeter tool it would offer some suggested budget amounts for each category based on the total budget that could then be customized. For example, if my total wedding budget is 15,000 you could suggest having X amount for photography, X amount for catering, X amount for venue, etc. Then let people customize or edit the budget from there. I know everyone's priorities will be different, but it would really be nice to have a general budget to start from based on your total budget.

  9. Let people put in more than one Vendor for each category

    For some categories, like Beauty, I have hired more than one person, but I am only able to input one vendor. For instance, I have separate hair and makeup people, but it does not allow me to put both in as hired vendors. Even on the Wedding Day Timeline, I try to put the makeup vendor in separately, and it always ends up changing it to my organist for some reason. Please fix this!

  10. Add a household dropdown menu

    Please add a household dropdown menu in the individual list so that you can add that guest to a household without adding a duplicate guest. On the flip side, it would be great to be able to delete a guest from a household, but not the guest list overall.

  12. Send digital invitations directly from the Knot

    HI, I want to be able to send e- invites directly from the knot. Sure my parents and grandparents might like a physical invite but lets be real, my friends are all going to throw them away. I'd rather be able to send digital invites but don't want to go to ANOTHER third party website to send the invites and then direct them here to RSVP. especially since most of them have their own RSVP feature.

  13. Adding a wedding band to the vendor list

    There is currently no spot to add a wedding band to the vendor list. I can add a DJ, or a soloist (there are actually two options for that), but I cannot add a wedding band to the vendors.

  15. RSVP form, Email Address Optional

    Eliminate "email address" from the RSVP form OR state (optional) in the slot. Some guests do not have email addresses and it appears this info has to be filled out in order to find invite.

    PLUS, there is no 'privacy policy' info to protect guests when prompted for their personal email address.

    Also, guests may want to opt out of what may be an annoying email 'reminder' of a wedding.

  17. Remove SSN from Newlywed Fund

    My fiance and I were so excited to start a cash fund on our wedding website with TheKnot. However, after realizing that we had to literally give ALL of our personal information down to SSN and DOB, we felt that this was very intrusive and unnecessary. We feel that there is no need to provide an SSN if you have all bank routing and other contact information and this information should be optional to provide. Unfortunately, since it is not, we will not be using the newlywed fund via theknot.com and will look elsewhere. Very disappointed.

  18. Wedding Website URL Expiration

    There are some nice wedding website URLs using my fiancé's last name, Brown, but unfortunately, many are taken. More frustrating is the fact that many of the funny/cute ones are attached to weddings that were 1200 days ago.
    I think it would be nice if they could be used by other couples in the future.

  19. Option to Delete Registry Drop Down Menu

    On my wedding website, I would like to take away the drop down menu that appears when you hover over the "Registry" section and ONLY have a link to the registry. I want guests to go to the main registry page only (at least first) and I feel like they might skip that whole page if they think they have to select one of the options listed in the drop down menu (think - old people).
