  1. Hair and makeup timeline

    The suggested timeframe for booking hair and makeup is way off. I have been in the hair industry for 20 years and we have always booked a year in advance. I’m noticing more problems due to Brides following the suggested 3-4 months in advance timeframe. Please correct.

  4. I want to add another map that shows close up access to the site, but it's not an option. How do I add?

    I can't seem to add a second map showing details on where to park, and how to get to the specific part of the park where my event will happen. options to add such details would benefit out of town guests not familiar with the area. Please add options to add more than one map.

  5. Not to wait 30 days before the wedding to have a time. Just ridiculous.

    Time of a wedding, ect. should be done when they book a venue. Not 30 days from the event. Just ridiculous.

  6. Improvements for the guest list

    The guest list information is a nightmare. If there is a guest, and that guest's plus one has a known name, and we enter it, those two names should be the only two allowed to be "searched for" and RSVP'd for instead of me having to check and recheck the guest list every time someone RSVPs. It just accepts everyone's RSVP and adds them as new guests instead of going off the list you have already created. Double, no, TRIPLE the work and a lot of frustration.   7. Stop recommending venues if user has chosen

    If I've already chosen a venue, and added the vendor to my Vendor's list, why do you continue to recommend venues to me? Logic should be in place so that the next, or which vendor I have not yet booked, should surface. I'd hate to choose a venue, and then have a better one, or one I didn't see the first time around, be recommended to me and then feel like maybe I didn't exhaust all my options.

    I'm a guest to a wedding and the invitation says "Attire: Formal". The wedding's at 1 pm so I was wondering if they wanted us in Morning Dress (the daytime white tie). I asked them and they said no, dark suits would suffice. Then it occurred to me to Google your site for attire, where I found that you define the single word "Formal" as "black tie optional".   10. Update to collect contact info feature

    The collect contact info link is great. However, when collecting new data, it automatically creates a new guest. It would be nice if this feature were to cross check with your existing guest list to look for same names with phone numbers, emails, or addresses and auto-populate the missing info within the existing guest, instead of creating a duplicate.

    Newlywed fund is buggy.

    in order to get to the confirmation screen after entering the amount you want to gift you have to click the button. if you simply hit "Enter" or "Return" it wont proceed to the confirmation screen, leading several of my guests to become confused and believe it wasn't working at all. this needs to be fixed. bug is present on desktop and mobile.

  15. Click to filter guests on guest list by who has RSVPed

    I'd very much like it if on the web version I can click on the different groups of guests (total guests, accepted, declined, no response) in order to filter the list I see below according to what category I clicked. On the mobile app you can do this and it's really handy, especially when I want to see quickly who has not responded yet so I can follow up with them. I keep doing this over and over again and it's so annoying that it isn't actually a button.

  17. Arrange Registry

    You should be able to drag the item "tiles" in your registry around so you can organize/prioritize them.

    I am putting experiences in my registry and i am arranging them chronologically based on our travel plan (I know, OCD). As I think of new things they end up at the end of the list and I can't change the order.

  18. Let me edit a household after I've added it to the guest list please

    I have to delete the household and start over every time I want to add a member of the family that I may have forgotten. Maybe there is a way to do it that I am missing? Help.

  19. On the desktop version VS Mobile App

    For some reason I cant add my guests to groups on the desktop its only available through the mobile version. Also, on the mobile I have to input everyone all over? seems silly

    Right now, this is how the system is set up. Our mobile app is moving forward and testing out different advancements so we know what will work and get that added to desktop in the future. I know it is frustrating, but we appreciate your patience as we make sure our product is working for all couples.

  20. Being able to edit the checklist names

    It would be nice to be able to edit the checklist items name. Example "Book your bar service" to be able to edit it to "Purchase wine and beer for wedding" since we aren't per say having a "bar service". thanks!

    We love hearing this suggestion. Having the ability to personalize the checklist is a common ask and our Development teams continue to look at ways we can make this happen. We hope that in the future it will be a flexible list that you can adjust at will… but it is going to take more time.
