I would like a destination wedding budgeter
There are expenses that are not captured by the budgeter for destination weddings. For example, airfare. Many of the other expense items are rolled into packages for destination weddings as well.
Perhaps an option to select local vs destination wedding and have the appropriate line items would be nice.
What a great suggestion! Our Checklist/Budgeter features are being reviewed for updates and we are definitely passing this forward to our team for consideration.
Are there no options for destination weddings? This site isn't beneficial for someone not getting married in the states.
I am having a destination wedding just me and my fiance, The Knot provides little assistance in this arena. With checklists, there should be options for standard, destination or elopement to allow for correct checklists and be able to provide vendors based on those selections. Given how popular destination weddings are, not all are in the US, this isn't the most useful tool.
I agree, we are doing destination and cannot update the info either. :(
Hey! My family and My fiance's is in PR. We would love some venues from there to help us plan everything better. you should definitely consider adding these option to your website.
Any update on this? Can't do the Venue quiz since my wedding is in Italy
Same here. What's the point of this website then??
I noticed this as well, I cannot change my wedding location to Bermuda

I am not able to take advantage of some of the planning tools because I am getting married in Jamaica
There is very little to no support for destination weddings on the Knot. All budgets are in USD and cannot change currency, no foreign destinations can even be entered. I know the vendor suggestions etc will not be a bountiful for a destination wedding, but the interface doesn't even allow you to plan your own wedding if it will be outside of the US. I am american an my pattern is Swedish and the wedding will be in Sweden, however, I wanted to use this sight to organize and find that it really isn't user friendly in this context.
You should be able to add a destination wedding location to your wedding website.
