Sharing our wedding website
Hello! I've been so impressed and thankful for the features on The Knot, but there's been one hiccup that has proved really frustrating: When I shared my wedding website with friends via email, the sender is listed as The Knot Guest Services. Not only is this not ideal, I've had several guests almost delete the email because of the sender and several more miss it entirely. It’s been a rather annoying ordeal in an otherwise wonderful The Knot experience.

I am having the same issue. If I search for a name "Kelly" and select her email and then start searching for the other half of the couple's name "Nick" it just doesn't show up. Only the names "Kelly" show up. I will now have to email each guest individually. Is it not possible to email the households? I spent so much time grouping the households but now it seems it was a little pointless.

there are few issues with sharing the website. First of all, once we share the site with a guest, for some reason our sending email receive the share email as well. Also the system doesn't allow us to reach more than 1 guest to search and add to the sharing email we sent.
Hi, I have been receiving this message recently when I've tried to share the wedding website via email. I tried to "add contacts from guest list" and when I click send I get this:
