I would love to be able to export my bridal shower guest list separate from my wedding guest list.
My maid of honor is throwing my bridal shower for women only and she wants it to be a surprise so she's mailing themed bridal shower invitations to my guests but instead of sending her a exported list of 59 guests I have to send her a list of my total guest count for my wedding.
Thank you for checking in. Unfortunately we do not have an update yet for this idea yet. We’re always trying to improve the Wedding Website experience for couples so we welcome all of your great ideas.

It is absolutely insane that you can't export the guest list of just the Bridal Shower into an Excel sheet.
An option for "A" and "B" list would be awesome!
Hi, any update on this?
I also am trying to export my bridal guest list. If i would have known that I couldn't do that, I wouldn't have bothered making my list on here.

I am also looking into how to export a separate list rather than my entire wedding party. Even when I have selected " Welcome Party" list and click on export, I get my entire wedding list. It would be a great tool.
Have we lost this function?
How do I collect contact info? I cannot find that feature anywhere, am I missing something?
What the title says. You should be able to name households and export that to your CSV.

If would be nice to be able to upload an already-created Excel guest list instead of re-typing the very long list I have. Suggestion would be Column A - name
Column B - street name and number
Column C - city
Column D - state
Column E - zip
And then to follow this, a way to group them into a household.

The collect contact info link is great. However, when collecting new data, it automatically creates a new guest. It would be nice if this feature were to cross check with your existing guest list to look for same names with phone numbers, emails, or addresses and auto-populate the missing info within the existing guest, instead of creating a duplicate.

Not only is it good to coordinate how many children to seat or entertain during a wedding; but it is very important to know how many you are feeding, as kids generally don't eat as much as adults. This is also very useful for catering searches, because many caterers provide discounted meals for children who are projected to attend.

I would love to do the same. What is the status on making this change? I would also like the city, state, zip to be in separate fields.
Hey There, it would be very helpful to have a title field for the guest list entries. This would facilitate e-mail sending, and ensure that no important title (such as Dr. ) is forgotten on invites, thank you cards and name cards. I have added the information in roles, which is not as convenient
The guest list manager should be easier to manage. The page reloads every time I edit a guests info so I have to keep scrolling down to find my place again. Also, there used to be a way to bulk add plus ones to guests, what happened to that? This update just seems unnecessarily difficult and tedious.
(1) It would help greatly if the export function includes NOTES & ROLE. This is currently not the case. This is very helpful when exporting for place card, escort card printing.
(2) Add ability to sort by column/field. I'm having to expert guest list on excel to sort/filter list. This is helpful when targeting specific guest to follow up on such as viewing only "no response" guests.
(3) Add ability to add custom fields that can be exported. Special security or destination wedding locations requires additional information to track and collect from guest to allow entry/travel to event.
