Make it possible for the man to take the wedding vision quiz as well to compare visions.
My boyfriend and I are a gay couple and recently became engaged this Christmas. He suggested that we use The Knot to plan our wedding since “all of his friends” use it. I thought this would be a good idea but I had also heard from gay and lesbian websites that The Knot generally worked as a wedding planner tool for gay and lesbian couples.
I wondered if there would be anything on The Knot that catered specifically to heterosexual couples and, from what I have seen of the site their are specific components that only apply to heterosexual couples that you force ********** couples to complete. For example, the “Wedding Vision” quiz forces the couple to choose five bouquets that appeal to the couple. I can see this as being an optional selection but for it to be required, I think, is inconsiderate to couples who are not female and will not be using bridal bouquets.
I think that you either need to make this optional to fill out or you need to have a place at the beginning of the survey for the couple to specify their ****** orientation and gender (however, even this is problematic because perhaps their is a gay man who wants to carry a bouquet during his wedding). I think the best option is for you to keep it optional, and not forced. This makes it more inclusive to those of us who are not heterosexual and will not have all the components of a traditional heterosexual wedding.
