Did you email TheBump last week?

Dear Bump Members,

We recently discovered that part of our email system was down for about 10 days, which resulted in the loss of many incoming emails. We apologize if your recent email has not been addressed by our Customer Experience Team yet. Our Tech team was able to resolve the issue with our email system earlier this week, and we have recovered a list of email addresses that tried to contact us during this down time. However, the content of each email was not able to be retrieved.

We are so sorry for the delay in dealing with your issue, and the inconvenience this has caused. If you have not already reached out to us again, please resend your request to our team at support@thebump.com and we will review your issue as quickly as possible. Thanks for your patience and understanding!
