We are happy to see the our Tech team was able to find a solution today for the Newlywed Fund issue that you helped us find, where your guests were not able to contribution to your fund. We have checked quite a few accounts and it all seems to be working well.

My wedding is coming up and we have had several people attempt to donate to our newlywed fund and it isn’t working.... advice on what to tell them?!
Have been trying for three days to donate and the newly wed fund is not working.
I am having the same issue as well. This seems to be an ongoing issue. How long will this take to resolve? I am wondering if I should use a different option based off all the comments. Is someone from theknot going to respond? This is pretty embarrassing having our guests tell us this isn't working.

Hello, I have had several guest try to contribute and they newly wed fund will not open to allow them to give any money. I see this has been a issue, based off questions here. Is this something that can be fixed
The newlywed fund on our wedding website is not appearing. I have been trting to see it on my site for days and it is not there. . I even went to another browser today 1/11/2019 and it doesn't display. Please let me know any information on how to fix the problem.

My guests aren't able to put a dollar amount over 1,000 into the newlywed fund. Is there supposed to be a limit to the amount someone can gift us?

I am having the same issue. This is very frustrating. The whole site is a mess right now. People are having trouble RSVPing as well.
Same issue and my wedding is next week. I've been getting emails from guests asking me how to work it. So disappointed in this site.
I am also having this issue and my wedding is a month away. I chose to work with the knot newlywed fund out of convenience and ease of accessibility for our guests, even when there are numerous comparable options out there. This is absolutely unreasonable and this needs to be fixed immediately.
The newlywed fund has completely disappeared from our site. Looks like you're already working on this. Just adding to the feedback. Thank you.

We actually have the newlywed fund set up and when people go to the website and click to Shop Their Registry Below nothing happens?
