Newlywed Fund Not Working - Guests Can't Donate

We are happy to see the our Tech team was able to find a solution today for the Newlywed Fund issue that you helped us find, where your guests were not able to contribution to your fund. We have checked quite a few accounts and it all seems to be working well.

Take a moment to view your website, as a guest would, without being logged into your account on The Knot and if you still see an issue, let us know. We are hoping that 100% of you will not see any issues and the guests will find this is a convenient way to send you a gift.

Thank you – again – for sending your report over early. It helped us see the scope of this issue and it helped Tech find a solution.

    I have The Knot Newlywed Fund and the link shows up in my shortcuts at the top of my wedding page but does not show up on my actual Registry tab. If clicked on using the drop down shortcut, it just reloads the Registry page. Can we get this fixed asap? we are sending out invitations and we are counting on this to be working so our guests have this option.

    For anyone else having issues:

    The fund wasn't showing up, so I added a second one. Now I have two that are visible, but the first one is a dead link. But one of them seems to be working fine.

    My newlywed fund is not appearing on my registry. I see this has been an ongoing issue. Are there any fixes to date.

    My honeymoon fund is showing up on my registry page on my website, but it just says to "shop the registry" and redirects to the exact same page. Please fix ASAP

    When I edit my website registry page, the honeymoon fund is there, but it is NOT showing up on our website page whether I am logged in or not. Also- A "guest accommodations" tab has showed up out of nowhere even though it is a subcategory under the main tab of "Details"

    Deleted this and will be going to use honeyfund. pretty disappointed with the knot. Anyone also having trouble with downloading CVV doc from guest lists?

    I created a newlywed fund to add to our website but I am not getting email confirmation that the funds are coming in. Is anyone else having this issue? What's going on?!? Is it working or not?

    My wedding is coming up and we have had several people attempt to donate to our newlywed fund and it isn’t working.... advice on what to tell them?!
