Wedding Website Manager Not Working - Need to make time sensitive changes!
I keep trying to edit the accommodations section of my wedding website to add a link to my hotel room block and update my guests. The program will not save the changes. This is time sensitive and I already emailed the help line and have gotten no response. The phone line is down and a message says it will not be functioning for several days. Please respond ASAP!!! The customer service on TheKnot is severely lacking, to the point where I am considering closing my account and switching to a different company.
Ohhh I am so glad to get to share some great news with you today. Our Tech team just confirmed that a fix was deployed this afternoon to fix the editing issue we are having with the Accommodations section of the wedding website admin. You should be able to add, edit and remove items in your accommodations and have these changes stick. We are so very sorry this took so long to get resolved, but you have been so patient – and we really appreciate you!

I am not able to edit the "Our Wedding" section and "Attire:" is showing up when I don't want it to. I also saw that our location had changed from our venue in Iowa to somewhere in North Carolina??? It seemed to be able to be fixed and saved but hopefully when I check it tomorrow it will have stayed corrected. I am about to send our save-the-dates with this site and I'm worried I have made a big mistake after seeing some of these comments!

i cant change the time of our wedding. it is stuck at 12AM!
I have my invites ready to print, but now am scared. i have my rsvp set up via the knot.

I am having the same issue as everyone else below. It changed the location of my wedding to a church in Ohio (not from Ohio and the wedding isn't there either) and then it deleted my ceremony and venue locations and when I update them I can't save. People are getting their save the dates as we speak and are seeing incorrect info. SO frustrating and the help line isn't helpful. They told me September 16th there was a fix being pushed out but that day has come and gone....... Can someone from The Knot please help us?? I need an answer. Thanks.
Literally going to lose my mind trying to get all my changes just saved and show up on my website as entered. Website is on my save the dates and now it looks like I’m not giving anyone any information as promised 😡
Same problem as everyone else. Save the dates went out with this website so now everyone is seeing wrong venue and ceremony information. Apparently my wedding is going to start at midnight. Very frustrating.
I literally broke my keyboard in frustration - it has updated the address of our wedding to a funeral home and I cannot fix it.
Also happening to us, can’t edit venue information. Fiancé is going crazy.
When is this issue going to be fixed ?
I am currently also having the same issue with editing the "Our Wedding" section. I am unable to update the date and time as well as the location details. Please help.
I am also having issues saving changes that I have made in the "Our Wedding" section. And when I delete wording and click save the wording is still showing up. Very frustrating, there seems to be no work around. I have tried making the changes on my phone and two laptops. Help please!
I am having the same issue.
I added a photo under the "Our Wedding" section a few days ago and now have no way to delete or edit it. It shows up on the viewer side of the website, but no where on the back end for me to delete or change it.
I also can not add any new images - they just keep spinning and trying to load but will not save. Have tried different file sizes and formats + different computers.
There is no way to edit text formatting (enter down to new paragraph etc.).
KNOT, PLEASE FIX ASAP!

Hello I'm experiencing this same issue and we are 2 months away from our wedding and can't give people the proper link to book rooms.
