Website Admin Features. Fixes still pending
We are very sorry that our website and guest list features are not all working at 100% right now. We know that many of you have had different issues arise in your account over the past few months, and you continue to be patient with us as we work through each item and our Tech team is able to find a long term solution that will provide a better experience for you and your guests.
These issues are mainly a result of a database transition that, when completed, will make our products more stable and easier to use. We recognize it doesn't feel that way right now, but we're fortunately nearing the end of this transition, and our teams are working urgently to make sure all of you are able to properly manager and edit your event information.
While I don't have an exact date/time for the fixes, we are working on the following:
The Wedding - this section can now only be edited from your main Website Dashboard, not within your Manage Pages (on the Left Nav in Wedding Website). Some couples are also seeing the changes made here are not saving and this is actively being researched.
Ceremony/Reception locations - you may be seeing that either your location is not saving, is saving but then pulls the wrong address, or it saves and you notice a few days later it has now changed. Again, Tech is working on finding a solution that will stick so that your guests know the proper place to go.
Times changing to a.m. or 12 a.m. - There is a fix that will be pushed early this week to help keep the times aligned as entered in all of your events.
Wedding Party - Right now on our new accounts you are not easily able to manage your Wedding Party in the format we provide. The Tech team is still finding a solution that will be pushed out to all new accounts. This is just taking more time. Thanks for your extra patience on this. In the meantime, you can add an extra page and put in your Attendants manually until our formatting is corrected.
Guest List/RSVP inconsistencies - Our Guest List is under a full rebuild and we are almost done with this much needed refresh. Your information entered should now be staying in your guest list manager and as long as guests have been assigned to each of your events, they will be able to RSVP for each event. You can check their event status when you look at your list by All Households instead of the general list that opens when you first visit the page.
Event Order - Right now the site is showing your events in the order they were entered. We know this needs to show chronologically, and until we can get that pushed out in the next month or so, the only option is to remove your events and enter them again in the order they will be hosted. For example, you may want Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding, Morning Brunch as your order. This is important: before you delete your events and add them back in, please export a copy of your Guest List, so you can go back in and manually add any RSVP notifications you already received from your guests, as those will not follow you when you enter the Events again.
Photos - You may start seeing a change to how the photos are formatted in your wedding website album. This is in hopes to give your guests the best view of your uploaded photos.
We also know there are issues with photos being uploaded into your events, stories and cover photo pages. I am sorry this fix is not scheduled for early this week, but it is top of mind to our Tech team and they are hoping we will see progress on this much needed refresh very soon. We know this is so important to each and every one of you - and all of this is so very important to us too. We want to make your planning an easy process and we know these past few months have been difficult. Thank you for your understanding and patience. We definitely want the end of this journey to be a better experience for you, for your guests and all other couples using our site.

Thank you so much for your patience!
Tech has given us the all clear; you should be able to access your wedding website and Guest List Manager and make any necessary adjustment as needed. We really appreciate your patience while they worked through that.

The site is not picking up the reception address. Each time save it, the site auto-populates the ceremony location although I did not click on same location for both.
I'm having difficulty adding my wedding party. There is no link in the manage pages. How do I add?
Changing/deleting information already entered is a challenge to say the least.
The date of our wedding has not changed, but information we enter for the venue location and address of the ceremony will not save.
Been having a similar issue - I can't change the date of our wedding. I was able to fill in other details, but the date will not save.

Same here. Please advise.

Any time I make changes it does not save them. Even after logging out and trying different browsers. Please fix this.
I am having the "Attire: ___ " issue as well.
This is very frustrating when an event as big as a wedding is being compromised by this website. I am unable to edit the "Our Wedding" portion of our website. I have tried going in through the website, however it only has the option to "add photo" at this time and no "edit" feature. Can you fix this ASAP please? I have read above that you are aware of this issue and many more.

I am having issues with my venue name and address not saving and our wedding date keeps changing on the site and it will not let me edit. I am really frustrated with all of the issue I have encountered with my site, but it is all ready on all my invitations so I have to keep it...
Needing help with this also. It is also not reflecting the correct time and reports 12am no matter what time selected
I cannot update my venue location. It keeps saying my wedding is being held in a different country and when I try to change it -- doesn't update it to the new address. I hope this is fixed before guests visit the site.
Reordering events is broken.

I'm having the same problem! The date of our wedding is missing and the ceremony/reception details are messed up. I am also frustrated as I assumed the website would be stable so I could share with friends and family without it fear of details changing randomly.
I am having similar issues as well. My wedding date and name have changed without me editing them from the 14th to the 13th. And on certain pages I am unable to edit the "our wedding section," that I once edited. I believe there is a glitch in the scripts. I would like to contact the knot directly as this is defeating the purpose of using their site if we cannot get the necessary information on the sites.
I just joined the site and am starting to work on my wedding website. I'm having the following issues and I'm not sure if there are currently fixes in the works or if the site is just temporarily glitchy. Are others having similar issues?
- When I try to add a wedding event (under "Our Wedding") for a date in June, the date on the website shows as May 31st.
- When I try to add pictures in two separate albums (on either the website or app), on my personal wedding webpage the pictures just come up on one page with no heading titles.
- Is there a way to have the cover photo not go from one side of the page to the other? I've seen other couples' knot pages that have cover photos that don't stretch across the whole screen. No idea how to fix this.
- Even though "Wedding Party" shows up under "manage pages" and
as a heading on my personal wedding webpage, there's no place to input this information on the dashboard.
- There's no place to upload a picture for wedding events on the website dashboard; when I upload a picture (i.e. for the wedding venue) in the app, nothing shows up on my personal wedding website.
- There is no way to separate travel information (airports, etc.) from hotel information (there are no separate headings, just a list that keeps everything together.)
I've had this issue for the past few days! it's really frustrating, none of my changes are being saved.
Same issue with the "Attire" and any changes made to my site isn't saving or is getting deleted!
Having this issue in tandem with the location information not saving or displaying correctly.
(i.e. my reception location is displaying on published site as the same as my ceremony location, even though I have entered and saved on a separate address)

OPTIMIZE! Just looked at a mobile version of our site for the first time to discover that the heading "Attire:" shows up, even though it is blank. Looks awful. Please fix ASAP!
