Website Admin Features. Fixes still pending
We are very sorry that our website and guest list features are not all working at 100% right now. We know that many of you have had different issues arise in your account over the past few months, and you continue to be patient with us as we work through each item and our Tech team is able to find a long term solution that will provide a better experience for you and your guests.
These issues are mainly a result of a database transition that, when completed, will make our products more stable and easier to use. We recognize it doesn't feel that way right now, but we're fortunately nearing the end of this transition, and our teams are working urgently to make sure all of you are able to properly manager and edit your event information.
While I don't have an exact date/time for the fixes, we are working on the following:
The Wedding - this section can now only be edited from your main Website Dashboard, not within your Manage Pages (on the Left Nav in Wedding Website). Some couples are also seeing the changes made here are not saving and this is actively being researched.
Ceremony/Reception locations - you may be seeing that either your location is not saving, is saving but then pulls the wrong address, or it saves and you notice a few days later it has now changed. Again, Tech is working on finding a solution that will stick so that your guests know the proper place to go.
Times changing to a.m. or 12 a.m. - There is a fix that will be pushed early this week to help keep the times aligned as entered in all of your events.
Wedding Party - Right now on our new accounts you are not easily able to manage your Wedding Party in the format we provide. The Tech team is still finding a solution that will be pushed out to all new accounts. This is just taking more time. Thanks for your extra patience on this. In the meantime, you can add an extra page and put in your Attendants manually until our formatting is corrected.
Guest List/RSVP inconsistencies - Our Guest List is under a full rebuild and we are almost done with this much needed refresh. Your information entered should now be staying in your guest list manager and as long as guests have been assigned to each of your events, they will be able to RSVP for each event. You can check their event status when you look at your list by All Households instead of the general list that opens when you first visit the page.
Event Order - Right now the site is showing your events in the order they were entered. We know this needs to show chronologically, and until we can get that pushed out in the next month or so, the only option is to remove your events and enter them again in the order they will be hosted. For example, you may want Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding, Morning Brunch as your order. This is important: before you delete your events and add them back in, please export a copy of your Guest List, so you can go back in and manually add any RSVP notifications you already received from your guests, as those will not follow you when you enter the Events again.
Photos - You may start seeing a change to how the photos are formatted in your wedding website album. This is in hopes to give your guests the best view of your uploaded photos.
We also know there are issues with photos being uploaded into your events, stories and cover photo pages. I am sorry this fix is not scheduled for early this week, but it is top of mind to our Tech team and they are hoping we will see progress on this much needed refresh very soon. We know this is so important to each and every one of you - and all of this is so very important to us too. We want to make your planning an easy process and we know these past few months have been difficult. Thank you for your understanding and patience. We definitely want the end of this journey to be a better experience for you, for your guests and all other couples using our site.

Same issue with the "Attire" and any changes made to my site isn't saving or is getting deleted!
Having this issue in tandem with the location information not saving or displaying correctly.
(i.e. my reception location is displaying on published site as the same as my ceremony location, even though I have entered and saved on a separate address)

OPTIMIZE! Just looked at a mobile version of our site for the first time to discover that the heading "Attire:" shows up, even though it is blank. Looks awful. Please fix ASAP!

I am having similar issues on Mac/iMac (tried on Safari and Google Chrome). The main photo took ages to load and save, and we have been unable to change the time of the ceremony and reception and their locations. Hope we can get some assistance with these website bugs!
I've been trying for about an hour to change my cover photo and a photo on the website and the site keeps glitching. My photos will not load, web versions nor high res. I've tried on two separate computers and NOTHING. Refreshing the page, etc. - nothing worked. Even when trying to submit this review I had trouble! If I hadn't already sent out my Save The Dates with this website link on it, we'd change our website to another vendor because TheKnot is absolutely TERRIBLE. Not user-friendly at all.
Seriously, I went to The Knot to do my website and link it with my registry. I couldn’t get ANYTHING to actually work. My website never even showed up, my registry wouldn’t link, it was the least user friendly site ever, and everything constantly glitched. I have spent HOURS trying to get it to work. I have tried it on my IPhone, IPad, and laptop. Didn’t matter what platform or what browser I used... it wouldn’t work no matter what. I was so excited to use The Knot to have everything in one place. So much for that. I am so so disappointed with this. I ended up deleting my account and won’t be coming back. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a website.

I am trying to put an address of my venue and a picture under the Ceremony and Reception section. However, when I attempt to save the information, it simply deletes and does not update.
I am unable to make any changes to the 'The Wedding' section. No matter how many times I try to delete and save the notes in this section, they won't go away.
Also, how do we ask about Transportation during the RSVP? I can only see questions on meals..

I am also having this same issue! The Knot, could you please kindly look into this and have it resolved?
Same!!! It deleted my wedding and reception venue and the tabs on the page are enlarged and extend off the page. Definitely looks like it's glitching.
The website builder seems to be glitching.
1. I am unable to add a location, address, and photo for my venue at the same time, no matter which browser I use.
2. Additionally, whenever I update my guest accommodation page, it deletes the photo that I upload and I have to re-upload it every time I make an edit. It also does not save changes, even when I click save. It takes multiple attempts to get the page to save.
Please note that we are aware that many of you are finding the event time(s) on your wedding website are not saving to what you had entered. Some of you are reporting the time is reverting to a.m. (entering 4pm and it saves or shows up as 4am); or the time is reverting to 12am (entering 7pm and it saves/shows as 12am).
We know this is a true frustration and an issue we are trying to find a solution to urgently. It will help us if you can email our team with a bit of information from your experience so we can narrow down the 'why' behind this bug:
Email this to firstname.lastname@example.org
Email address you use on your account.
Do you manage your account with Mobile? iOS or Android?
Or do you manage your account on Desk/Laptop?
Which browser brands have you tried using? Chrome? Firefox? Safari? etc.
What time are you trying to enter? For which event?
Do you ever see it save on the site as the right time? And then it reverts later?
Last question. Are you planning your event in the time zone the event will be held in?
We appreciate your help with this and hope to find a stable solution very soon.

Exact same problem here, and unable to edit any details under The Wedding section.
Wedding website on guest viewer side says "Attire:___"
I left it blank on the editor side because it says (optional) - so why is it showing up on the front end??
TONS of problems with my site in the past few days! Unable to change/save/edit anything, really.
I am having the same issue!
Having the same "Attire: ____" problem, I opted not to specify attire but it is showing up on my page anyway, and there is no way to edit.
I posted an idea earlier this week because the time and location of the ceremony and reception would not update. I got an email that the idea was closed and resolved, but it was not. I am still unable to edit my page and it is extremely frustrating. I have emailed support twice with zero reply. If my wedding website wasn't on my wedding invites I would be long gone from this site. Please advise with an actual solution.
Having the same problem.
Bug Report - Optional entry of `attire` showing up blank on personal wedding web page when null in the web page editor. Once a value is given for said optional entry, removal is impossible. Changing browsers and disabling cache gets does not squash bug. Likely a database query error of some kind.
