Registry Not Sorting In The Order You Choose
Registry states you can drag and drop the tiles in the order you wish when selecting the custom feature. This does not work. When I drag something it just goes back to where it originally was.I then previewed my registry as a view and it says it is in the order of "couples fav" ... this is not listed in our favorite order, won't allow us to even arrange the order ...
I then tried to have viewers just see the price high to low when they first go on my registry page and this does not work either. It keeps reverting back to "couples fav" , which as i explained is in no particular order at all.
Sending out bridal shower invites this week and would love for this to actually work as intended so guests can see what we really want!

I am having the same issue as other commenters; I rearrange my registry and it will not save. We are getting married in 5 weeks and our favorite items are 'stuck' at the bottom of the registry! Please prioritize this ticket.

Everytime I rearrange my order it goes back to the original and doesn't save UGH please fix this!!!!
I am having the same issue as other commenters...I rearrange my registry and it does not save. I emailed customer support. Hope to hear back soon.

I rearranged my registry a few weeks ago, and those changes were saved. In the last week, I have rearranged my registry countless times without my changes saving. This has been incredibly frustrating! Please fix ASAP!

My custom order on the registry is also not saving! Even when I change it for it to be high to low nothing changes and users only see a random custom order. Please fix!!

I can drag the tiles on my registry to organize them, which I love! But the order is not saving. When I refresh or view as guest they just go back to their original order. Please help!
I agree 100%, it's very deceiving having this display only a few items from the registry vs all. I wish this was only displaying the knot cash funds.
I also would like to have the wish list removed or turned off on our registry page. As noted by other site users, it makes my guests think that we've only registered for the items listed there. However, the list only syncs with The Knot's national partners and not local businesses - essentially penalizing you for supporting local businesses.

Yes, PLEASE do this - we really only have physical gifts to please traditional gift givers but our preference is to highlight our Honeyfund page which isn't possible currently. 3 votes for prioritizing this ticket!
Was the "wishlist" of registry items changed to be optional? I agree that the page is really cluttered and I would prefer my guests click on individual vendors. Also, the Cash Funds are now at the bottom of the page and would like to make them first before vendors. Please let me know if there is a way to delete the wishlist. Thanks!
Yes, I would also recommend removing the WishList! Guests think those are the only thing we want/need and it is not.

Please provide an option to remove, hide, or edit the wishlist! We have links to 3 different registries, yet only one's items is properly showing. The wishlist makes it confusing for our guests since it implies only the items displayed are part of our registry. I do not see any way to rectify the issue or at least hide the box.
I agree! Or can we at least be able to update the search filter so we can filter it how we'd like? Right now the default is "couple's favorites", but it's not our favorites, it's just the first things chosen...
I completely agree! The wish list portion of the website should be optional.
Please allow us a way to remove an item on my wish list! I have links for people to use for the registry. The wish list makes this confusing! Ugh....
