Not offering customers to segregate businesses by race. I find it offensive that my race may have a negative/positive impact.
Asking whether or not I’m a particular race is offensive and further causing a racial divide. As a Hispanic American I’m deeply concerned with where this request is heading and how my color (brown) has any merit in the quality of my work and how it’ll be affected. Please end this now.

We’re starting with the Black-owned filter to show our support for Black-owned businesses in particular, given the world climate and the Black Lives Matter movement. In a recent survey, the majority of couples felt it is important to be able to be able to search for wedding businesses that are Black-owned. We are, however, actively working to build additional filters to support other under-represented groups.
Your feedback is very valuable and we hope you see that we are moving forward with our Diversity & Inclusion efforts here at The Knot.
Thank you for your fast response. Greatly appreciate it. One last question. Is the knot black owned, brown owned, or other? So I can take my support and advertising to a company with the same color as myself.
