    ANSWER FOUND -

    Make sure to move (by clicking the little check mark next to name) guests from the "individual" or "Household" guest list to each event you have in order for the online RSVP to go through!

    We are having the issue where our guests try to RSVP and either
    a.) cannot find their name on the Guest List when it is spelled correctly and everything is right, or b.) when they can RSVP it does NOT give me a notification and the website does NOT give them a meal choice.

    This is very frustrating considering we need number by the beginning of next month for our venue. Everything was working perfect until a few weeks ago.

    We have tried on several browsers with nothing working. I at least need the RSVP from the guests who were able to RSVP but I got no notification and do not know if they accepted or declined.

    Any form of guidance would be helpful. I have emailed help@theknot AND called several times. Please provide some or any assistance to a very stressed bride to be.
