    i cant believe this is not a feature, i did a google search to see how i can do this and realized i cannot do this - i probably will be moving off the knot and to a SaaS product that does allow this - the alternative is to create a new email and have us share the account but we should not be doing the workarounds on the user side, get your product managers to wake up, user experience is KING and you're missing a huge one here
