Agree with the comments that this is such a mistake. There are varying degrees of skill-level in website design for your customers and assuming the least common denominator creates a sub-par, copy&paste vibe around these websites.
In my particular instance I had spent time formatting certain sections to make it clear what days and times events were. With the program change all the formatting was lost and created a jumble of words all tied together. I had to go back through and edit, now with just spaces to break dates/time apart, all left justified. It looks like an ugly word doc, not something the Knot would want to be selling.Chad supported this idea ·
