  1. Checklist Completely Past Due Despite Future Wedding

    My wedding checklist is unfortunately quite difficult for me to use at this time. My fiance and I got engaged in April of 2018, and I created my account at that time. However, we aren't getting married until October 2020, and even though I've updated dates, etc. the checklist shows everything as being completely past due. Everything is due now as if the wedding is coming up over night. I've not got a much better way to word this, but basically the software isn't user friendly in terms of weddings that aren't scheduled 1 year from engagement.

  3. Link to website broken in The Knot's couple search feature

    When we type in the URL for our website into our search engine, we are able to access our website just fine. When we search "the knot kyle baldwin hannah kraus" on Google, we can access the link to our website just fine. HOWEVER, when we try to search our website through The Knot's couple search database, we are given a 404 error message saying that the page has eloped. It appears that it is just the link to our website in The Knot's couple search that is broken, not the website itself. What would the issue be for this?

  4. The website does not save changes

    Any time I make changes it does not save them. Even after logging out and trying different browsers. Please fix this.

  5. Bridal Party Names for Non-Binary Members

    A member of my bridal party is non-binary and there are no options to describe them on my website other than "bridesmaid" and "attendant." I feel that attendant is very impersonal and bridesmaid does not fit with their pronouns. I would really like for The Knot to add non-binary bridal party options for "Bridesperson" and "Groomsperson"

  6. Bugs with saving and dates changing

    I am having issues with my venue name and address not saving and our wedding date keeps changing on the site and it will not let me edit. I am really frustrated with all of the issue I have encountered with my site, but it is all ready on all my invitations so I have to keep it...

  8. Registry Not Working

    I typed my fiancé’s name and I into the Find a Couple to make sure it was working before sending out our invites. I was then greeted with an error 404 message saying it eloped.

  9. Wedding Website Does Not Save Changes

    I cannot update my venue location. It keeps saying my wedding is being held in a different country and when I try to change it -- doesn't update it to the new address. I hope this is fixed before guests visit the site.

  11. Website Editing Issues

    I just joined the site and am starting to work on my wedding website. I'm having the following issues and I'm not sure if there are currently fixes in the works or if the site is just temporarily glitchy. Are others having similar issues?

    - When I try to add a wedding event (under "Our Wedding") for a date in June, the date on the website shows as May 31st.

    - When I try to add pictures in two separate albums (on either the website or app), on my personal wedding webpage the pictures just come up on one page…

    We have a number of Tech related issues on our wedding website and guest list manager right now. These issues are mainly a result of a database transition that, when completed, will make our products more stable and easier to use. We recognize it doesn’t feel that way right now, but we’re fortunately nearing the end of this transition, and our teams are working urgently to make sure all of you are able to properly manager and edit your event information.

    While I don’t have an exact date/time for the fixes, we are working on the following:

  13. Canadian Accounts

    My fiancé and I already live together so the main thing we need help with is money for our honeymoon. We set up a cash fund on TheKnot but unfortunately we cannot route the funds since we live in Canada. Just wondering if and/or when routing Canadian accounts will become an option!!

    Hi there!

    Thank you for reaching out about The Knot Cash Fund. This is still a very new addition to The Knot and we are excited so many couples are looking at using this for their cash registry solution.

    Right now, the Cash Fund is limited to being linked to a physical stateside Bank accounts both for the couple and for the guest. This means that a US account is required to set up the fund and a US issued credit card will need to be used to make a gift for a couple.

    We are hearing from a few couples and guests that are other places in the world and would love to know when this might open up to their countries and banks. For now, the US banks will be required, but we are definitely looking at an international option and keeping track of where these requests are…

  14. Is there a way to have multiple emails for a household? While they may share a mailing address most do not share an email address.

    Allow users to create individual contacts then merge in to a household. Currently households only allow one email address. While they may share a mailing address they do not share email addresses.

  15. Notify when something has been purchased from the registry

    Notifications! TheKnot should notify (via email or other alert) when something has been purchased from your registry, especially if it's a one-off item that was added using the "Add to The Knot" button

  16. Links to Events to RSVP?

    I'd love to send a private link to the people just in the rehearsal dinner for them to RSVP to. I don't want to leave it open to everyone...

  17. Add suggested budget amounts based on total budget

    It would be really helpful to me if when I put my total budget into the Budgeter tool it would offer some suggested budget amounts for each category based on the total budget that could then be customized. For example, if my total wedding budget is 15,000 you could suggest having X amount for photography, X amount for catering, X amount for venue, etc. Then let people customize or edit the budget from there. I know everyone's priorities will be different, but it would really be nice to have a general budget to start from based on your total budget.

  20. Bring back old guest list search filter

    The search bar no longer filters down results only show matching guests, it only highlights the search query so that you have to scroll through your entire quest list.
