  1. Bed Bath & Beyond Registry Not Syncing

    I have 9 items on my Bed Bath & Beyond registry and only a few of them are syncing to The Knot's website. I've since deleted a few off of Bed Bath & Beyond, but they're still showing on The Knot. Is there a known issue with this integration? It's a big part of why we chose to use The Knot to begin with. Thanks!

  2. I would like to be able to turn off the ceremony section while leaving the reception visible. Is this possible?

    Does anyone know if it's possible to turn off the ceremony text while leaving the reception information visible on the website?

  3. Make the Guest List more user friendly

    I'm not sure who the design team was for the website but it could use several major adjustments. In what world would you create a website where you can't search for a specific guest, order the list alphabetically, be able to click on the amount of people who accepted and see ONLY the people who accepted in one list rather than scrolling all the way through and looking by every guests name to see their response. Such poor planning, I'm not sure why or how this was approved to be developed for the website. Unfortunately I am so dissatisfied with…

  5. RSVP Meal response + Travel response + more.

    For our wedding we would like people to RSVP but we do not have a meal plan, instead have a travel plan. The problem is I would like them to respond with their preferred travel to the wedding, instead of their preferred meal.

    What if you could EDIT or ADD options on your RSVP? Basically this would be the same as the meal plan functionality, but instead of "meal plan" it could say "travel plan" and have options like "Driving to the wedding", or "taking the shuttles".

    I feel like this would give a lot of flexibility and freedom to…

    The app for the Guest List is better than the desktop version. For instance, the "missing information" section is not on the desktop version.

    I would like to be able to add my own fields to my RSVP page. It would be nice to be able to ask "Which songs would get you out on the dancefloor" or something like that.

  10. Registry Not Sorting In The Order You Choose

    Registry states you can drag and drop the tiles in the order you wish when selecting the custom feature. This does not work. When I drag something it just goes back to where it originally was.I then previewed my registry as a view and it says it is in the order of "couples fav" ... this is not listed in our favorite order, won't allow us to even arrange the order ...

    I then tried to have viewers just see the price high to low when they first go on my registry page and this does not work either. It…

  11. How do I resolve Epson error code 0x97?

    I’m using Epson printer for home purposes. I prefer Epson printer because of advanced and amazing features and functionalities. But I am very frustrated from 2-3 weeks just by observing Epson error 0x97. This technical fault is troublesome and complicated issue, so I want to take proper technical resolutions for it. There may be many reasons of it, so I don’t have clear ideas. So, I want to take online support or help from trained technicians. Can anyone suggest me the easy steps to fix Epson error code 0x97?

  12. STOP UPDATING YOUR PROGRAM WITHOUT TESTING!

    When I created our page months ago, I was able to insert a customized hyperlink (FOR LOCATION MAP - CLICK HERE) to Google Maps, center the text, etc. Today, because the location name and address had somehow mysteriously disappeared from our page, I went in to edit it, and in doing so, the hyperlink switched to plain text, left justified itself, and changed text color. And now I can't find any way to add it back in.

  13. Our funds didn’t go through

    We had a honey cash fund and already three people have told us that they got a confirmation email from the knot saying thank you your money has been gifted but in reality it is not on their credit card statements and never got to us! This has happened to THREE guests. Who knows how many more! We haven’t been keeping track!

  14. Can we have the option to edit (remove) the time after we entered it in?

    My fiance unknowingly added the times for our ceremony and reception when I didn't want to include that in our website yet. We are about to send our save the dates and all I want to provide to guests is the date and location of our ceremony/reception. No granular details yet until we send out the invitations. However, there is no option to deselect a time. I can only change it.

  15. Add Text Alignment to Wedding Websites

    Currently, most of our Wedding Website designs are not offering the ability to align text in a custom fashion. We would love to hear from our Couples that are designing their sites about this feature.   17. Guest List Manager Personal Notes

    Allow the RSVP Personal notes on the website. It's frustrating to only get them via email and very hard to track. Especially since only I have my email linked and not the groom. I almost missed them because I thought these were only notification emails not knowing they were the only place I would see the notes.

    My fiancé and I already live together so the main thing we need help with is money for our honeymoon. We set up a cash fund on TheKnot but unfortunately we cannot route the funds since we live in Canada. Just wondering if and/or when routing Canadian accounts will become an option!!

    Hi there!

    Thank you for reaching out about The Knot Cash Fund. This is still a very new addition to The Knot and we are excited so many couples are looking at using this for their cash registry solution.

    Right now, the Cash Fund is limited to being linked to a physical stateside Bank accounts both for the couple and for the guest. This means that a US account is required to set up the fund and a US issued credit card will need to be used to make a gift for a couple.

    We are hearing from a few couples and guests that are other places in the world and would love to know when this might open up to their countries and banks. For now, the US banks will be required, but we are definitely looking at an international option and keeping track of where these requests are…

  20. Is there a way to have multiple emails for a household? While they may share a mailing address most do not share an email address.

    Allow users to create individual contacts then merge in to a household. Currently households only allow one email address. While they may share a mailing address they do not share email addresses.
