    So many of you have already reached out regarding the appearance of duplication of your Guest Accommodations - Thank you for taking the time to let us know your feedback and what you are seeing on your website.

    Hi -

    You’ve shared your feedback and we hear you – truly. After conversations with the Product Lead over our wedding website development, we have been assured that this team is working through the possible solutions to adjust and improve the appearance and function of the accommodations/ details tabs on your wedding websites.

    The goal is still to create one specific area to manage your guest accommodations while still having some ability to personalize this feature. With this in mind, the Tech team knows that the biggest ask coming from our Couples is that there should not be any duplicate information appearing on the website under multiple tabs.

    While we will not be rolling this back to how it was before and we know that many of you still frustrated that your site is going to appear a bit different than when you originally published the site, we do want…

  2. Online RSVP Issue

    We are in the process of making some new enhancements to our RSVP & Guest List Manager. We are aware there are a few kinks to work out as this rolls out by the end of April. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience while we work through these changes. We definitely appreciate any feedback that we can pass along to our product team.   3. Guest List | Household splitting into individuals

    Thank you for reaching out to us. We are currently experiencing some issues with our household splitting into individuals after our latest App update. Our Tech team is working urgently to find a resolution. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

    For now, I would recommend updating your guest list from a desktop, until we see a fix on the App.

    Once the issue is resolved, we will notify you via email.

  4. Wedding Planning Dashboard

    After I've selected my vendor and marked it as "booked" I no longer want to see suggestions for that category of vendors on my dashboard. For instance, I've booked my reception venue however when I view my dashboard, I see the "Focus on Reception Venues". It takes up a lot of real estate on the page but is no longer of use to me. Selecting "Booked" would be the trigger to remove it and alternatively, deselecting "Booked" would trigger it being visible again.

  5. Make RSVP customisable please

    Please allow us to edit the "do you have any additional notes" at point of RSVP - I feel that it is really vague and not helpful.
    I specifically want to know about dietary requirements, but many guests may not think to include that there if not prompted.
    Some others may want to use it for a different question, or delete it altogether. Please let us customise it..
    I would love to use theknot for our wedding website but this is the one thing holding me back.

  7. Be able to Customize Dashboard

    Agreeing with a comment below that < I've already booked my venue and no longer need to focus on it > so it would be great if I could choose and move which blocks I want at the top at that particular time - let me choose what I am focusing on

  8. Why can't I export the list in ABC order?

    I am unable to export my updated guest list in ABC order. Very difficult to use program. I am regretting using The Knot for our guest list.

    Would be great to have a seating chart builder built in, I noticed Wedding Wire has one and if a new bride-to-be was comparing features that would be an easy sway.

  10. Please make custom website urls HTTPS COMPLIANT

    The last post about this is from 2017 and the follow-up comments in the last 2 years have not been responded to. Please make the custom URLs HTTPS! We have paid extra to customize the URL and it literally costs nothing to add HTTPS. (I added it to my personal work website for free!)

  11. I Want to Add Custom Items to the Budgeter

    I have seen other ideas regarding the budgeter, but I'm running into the issue that I have several expenses not represented. Instead of trying to get The Knot to add a bunch of unique, fringe categories, I'd prefer just to be able to add a category, add a budget, and go from there.

  12. How can I make it so the "Honeymoon Fund" shows up at the top of my registry list for guests. I'm worried people won't see it!

    It does show up at the top on my end of the site, but when I view the "guest" or front-facing version of the site, it shows up at the bottom.

    I think it makes more sense to have it at the top, as it's displayed on the back-end version for me.

  13. Rearrange Photo Album Order

    Please PLEASE make the option available to rearrange photo albums once they are uploaded. I spent so much time arranging photos in the three albums that I uploaded so that they were order of preference. The first album I did was our engagement photos and then I uploaded two more so now our engagement photo album is last and I would really love for that to be first. I don't want to delete it and have to redo everything again. If we can rearrange photos in the albums, why can we rearrange the actual albums? Please address this as I…

  14. I want to ask my guests questions and leave space for them to answer, song requests and dietary restrictions. I don't just want to give them

    I want to ask my guests questions about song requests, hotel choices and dietary restrictions to name a few. I don't just want to give them a blanket space for notes. They won't provide any information! I need to have a space where I can ask for it. Let me adjust the RSVP section to my needs.

  15. Option to remove or edit the "Send a note to the couple (optional)" section

    While this section may be useful for some couples there might be some who would rather not have this feature. Guests could potentially take advantage of this option to write in names of additional plus ones, change an invited plus one to someone else (a child/friend instead of a spouse), or add unwanted comments that they now expect to be honored, ex: music requests, seating requests, etc. It would be helpful to have the option to remove this feature or edit it to specify what information hosts are looking for, ex: any dietary restrictions/food allergies.

  16. Stop having dashboard banners for tasks that are already completed

    I've already booked my venues & marked those steps off on the checklist - but I keep seeing the huge "Focus on Venue!" banner every time I try to use the dashboard. Honestly, it's so annoying that I've just started using the dashboard as little as possible, and actively avoid using it.

  17. Limited Options to Customize Website

    These are issues/problems I feel should be addressed, preferably sooner than later:

    1. Ability to actually customize our website like you advertise, because as of right now, the only real option for customization is to whether to show or hide pages/sections. What would truly make the website customizable is allowing us to decide/change where sections, pages, information, etc. is on the website navigation, and how it is displayed on the page. (Like separate "Home" and "Wedding" pages, as opposed to making the "Home" page show all of the details; AND on the "Guest Accommodations" page, I wish I could show…

  19. Provide the ability to respond to guest book comments on the website, not through a personal email.

    I would like to reply with a note to the people that post on the wedding guestbook, NOT via email. Some of them might be asking questions and sending best wishes, and instead of replying through email, it would be nice to reply right there, so other guests that might be having the same questions, can ready through.

  20. International guests & Newlywed funds

    I highly suggest looking into options for international guests -instead of being US centric only- for the newlywed funds, or clearly mark upfront that it is not an option for couples having international guests attending. It turns out you can only contribute to the funds with US credit cards, which makes it unusable in our case. I only wish we would have known that before and looked for alternatives. While I can understand that our linked account, to which the funds go, needs to be a US account, I am totally baffled that guests cannot contribute internationally. Please look into…
