  1. Please, please, please separate the Officiant and Premarital Counseling Category.

    These are two VERY different services and it is very confusing to your clients because they believe the vendors in this category do both. It is also highly unethical for officiants to say that they provide premarital counseling or coaching services when they are not qualified (licensed and/or certified). There should be a separate vendor category of Premarital Counseling and Coaching where only qualified professionals can be listed. We are only Premarital Counselors but have to be in the "Officiants + Premarital Counseling" category and we are still being contacted to officiate weddings when we don't say anywhere that we…

  2. Let people put in more than one Vendor for each category

    For some categories, like Beauty, I have hired more than one person, but I am only able to input one vendor. For instance, I have separate hair and makeup people, but it does not allow me to put both in as hired vendors. Even on the Wedding Day Timeline, I try to put the makeup vendor in separately, and it always ends up changing it to my organist for some reason. Please fix this!

  3. Ability to Block Vendors

    I think it would be helpful to have the option to block vendors who keep sending messages despite being told they are sending them to the WRONG person. I originally sent an inquiry to Edgewood Country Club asking if they were available for my date. Mark Kennedy replied. SInce that time, he has sent an invoice, a demand for payment and now another invoice. I've called and left 2 voicemails for him, replied via theknot and am tired of receiving messages from him. I never booked any services with him or his establishment and certainly DO NOT owe him any…

  4. Stop recommending venues if user has chosen

    If I've already chosen a venue, and added the vendor to my Vendor's list, why do you continue to recommend venues to me? Logic should be in place so that the next, or which vendor I have not yet booked, should surface. I'd hate to choose a venue, and then have a better one, or one I didn't see the first time around, be recommended to me and then feel like maybe I didn't exhaust all my options.

    Same *** wedding officiants searchable by zip code. This option should be available for all wedding vendors, by zip code , to search by those who are gay friendly.

  6. Not of fan of the "contact 5 additional vendors" feature

    I have been very careful to make sure I am not checking the box that sends me quotes from "5 similar vendors." Yet, somehow I keep getting messages from vendors I did not wish to speak with. This has happened over and over. I am only one month in to planning and that "feature" is causing me more headache. I am getting bombarded with emails from unwanted vendors. And they are rarely actually "similar" to what I selected anyway. Vendors from outside my location I set, it's truly ridiculous. For brides who really are trying to plan their whole wedding…

    We are really close on having this go away and a new portal will be launched so you can more accurately track your interactions with your vendors. We appreciate your feedback and definitely have heard this from others as well.

    Be watching in the next few weeks for a big improvement here.

  7. [Vendors] I would like to be able to send an image in my messages when replying back to inquiries.

    I would like to be able to send photos or pages/images to people who are inquiring about my services. Is there not a way to do this?
