  1. Wedding Website is NOT WORKING PLEASE HELP!

    Please tell me that all of my guests and my wedding website will be back up? I just sent out my invites and my only form of RSVP was my wedding website! PLEASE respond so I can get this stressful situation over with!

  4. On mother of the bride dress have models be age appropriate.

    I am looking at dresses and I am thinking I could never wear these dresses because the models are so young and these dresses would never look good on someone my age.

    When you visit the Guest List Manager on desktop, we do offer the ability to import your list from a spreadsheet or your contacts file on your PC. I hope you were already able to find this, but if not, let us know and we can help show this to you.

  6. Is there a way to add to already made households

    So I imported couples through excel. I did not add family's of people, so I am going back in now and adding children (mouths to feed) to each household. Unfortunately I am not seeing a way to open a household and add members to each household. To do that, I have to add a new person, then go in and edit them to add them to a pre-existing household. Also had people with the same names but at different addresses, because they are different people, but it merged them and I had to go back and find who it deleted…

    Currently, you are doing this the only way the system will allow it. We do not have a clean way to add people to an existing household in bulk. This is a big ask though, and we really are hoping that we can find a solution to this in the near future.

  7. Restricted Guest list

    It would be great to be able to restrict my guest list, so that people RSVPing cannot add an infinite list of plus 1s, which is currently the case. We do not want people adding on guests willy nilly, and this seems like a basic feature of any RSVP system, make it so that only people on the guest list can RSVP. The password feature does nothing to address this issue, as guests that have the password are still able to invite their entire football team as well.     Great news! We already have Secure RSVP available for you. When you are in your Wedding Website admin tool, go to RSVP. You can turn ON the Secure RSVP. This will mean only guests that have names in your Guest List Manager will be able to RSVP to your event. You can then limit the number of Plus Ones that are included in that list.

    How do you post your experience with a photographer? I feel that this particular photographer was deceptive and not entirely truthful about its services.

    Great news! We received word today that the disappearing Newlywed Fund profiles has been resolved. A refresh was pushed and we trust that all of you are now seeing your Newlywed Fund when viewing your wedding website as a guest.

    Thank you for your honest feedback. As you have found, The Knot is not selling dresses from our site. We are actually advertising the styles and designers and then show you retail stores where you can find these designs. We do provide pricing guides, based on what the designers tell us each style should retail for, but they do not tell us exact pricing, as each store will need to provide that information for you.

    Thanks for your understanding. I know buying a dress is a wonderful time and we just want you to have a good head start by finding styles on our site.

  15. Have an option for us that requires our guests to enter their email, phone, and/or address

    Can we have the option that requires our guests to enter their email, address, or/and phone number in order to RSVP?

    It looks like someone who we don't know submitted an RSVP and we have no way of contacting them; also, we would like our guest's address/phone number/email in case we need to contact them.

    We have made great efforts to make sure our RSVP tool is going to work for our members and for your events. There are a few things to keep in mind before you set up your website with your RSVP enabled. Let’s go through these together:
    Secure RSVP vs Open RSVP:
    Secure RSVP gives you a privacy option that will ONLY ALLOW NAMED GUESTS to RSVP on your wedding website. You will need to add all names to your Guest List Manager, and the guest will have to type in their name exactly as you have it listed. For example: If you enter Michael Rogers as a guest and he tries to RSVP as Mike Rogers, he will get an error. Most of the time people with names like this will try their formal name, but it will be good for you to keep in mind in…

  16. Anthropologie is not showing registry photos

    Our Tech team is aware of the issue with Anthropologie's registry items not displaying properly on both your wedding website and stand alone registry pages. We are working with the retailer to implement a fix as quickly as possible. We are sorry for the inconvenience!

    Your guests can still click through to see your full registry at the retailer directly and as soon as a fix is in place, the photos will again showing on our pages as well.

    Hi,
    I've noticed today that every time I log onto my wedding website or theknot.com account, I am continuously getting pop-ups from my antivirus software that a "BitCoin Miner" is trying to attack my hard-drive, from your website. I would get your software people to look into that if I were you! It's not good!

    We truly appreciate you calling this out yesterday and letting us know that you received a malware alert while visiting our site. Some of our users, like yourself, were affected by a malware incident that occurred on the weekend of March 10th. Our tech team acted quickly to investigate and resolved the situation. Our initial investigation found no indication that customer privacy or security was compromised in any way. You can continue using our site and all of our services. If you haven’t done so already, we recommend that you clear your cache/cookies to get rid of the scripts that may have been running when you first visited our page yesterday. We have found that most anti-virus programs on your devices have likely cleared this already​, but doing another cache/cookie clearing is always a good step.

  19. Website Creation bug.... WHY ISNT IT AUTO SAVE

    There needs to be an auto save feature when writing in the different sections of the wedding website. It is extremely easy to delete paragraphs of details, stories etc. that have all been neatly compiled.

    I have lost so much work today because I HIGHLIGHTED the text, and poof, text box and hours of work just gone..

    Other option is to have a note on the website creation page, to write all of your information in a different space and copy paste it into the text boxes.

    Just a heads up for busy brides like me! Write it down elsewhere…

    Great news! Our Website team was able to push the update on the wedding websites just last week. Now when you are typing a story or updating your information, the system will no longer allow you to exit without saving or cancelling. It will require you to take action. This helps keep the great wording you already have in place in the story just for you!

  20. Wedding party categories

    I already sent an email to customer support but never heard anything back. I have flower boys but they can only be listed as flower girls on my wedding website. Your own description of wedding parties on your website lists them as “flower children”. Can this be made available on the wedding websites we create? I want to put my nephews on my website but don’t think it’s fair to call them “flower girls”. Please help!
