  1. Can you add the seating chart, my wedding is in March and I am starting to get RSVPs and I want to start making a seating chart..

When will you have a seating chart, I noticed in the blog somewhere you said you'd have it in 2016. My wedding is in March and I have started to reseed RSVPs back and I would like to be able to start making a seating chart. Could someone get back to me on this it's very important. I'd hate to have to go to another site just to make a seating chart

  3. Chat easily available

Please have the chat available on the website, rather than sending an email question. I found that the most helpful and would love it to be more easily accessible

  4. Options for Same *** Couples

I love how the Knot makes known they support same-*** couples! I am utilizing the checklist and budgeter and noticing that the times identified in those tools are for hetero couples. I think it would be a great idea to be able to customize your profile for what kinds of outfits you and your fiance will be wearing so that can be reflected in the tools. This will truly make the Knot more friendly for LGBTQ+ couples getting married!

  5. Conscience protection

My suggestion would be concerning the knot's promotion of LGBTQ+ values for June. I found it to be problematic for my wedding pages, since I am a conscientious objector to such a promotion.

Let me just say that yes, we absolutely must treat every person with dignity and courtesy, regardless of their orientation, feelings, state in life, etc. The personal dignity and happiness of each unique individual is, however, best honored and safeguarded by the traditional teaching on marriage, and this is both a philosophically probative and religiously binding conviction. LGBTQ+ agendas do not stop at asking that such individuals…

  6. Fix these obvious problems. This is very frustrating and I feel forced into **** I don’t want at this point

We have already done all planning and are ready to go in 24 days. No one can get onto the website and I’m having to add them myself for rsvps. This is very annoying. Further, they can’t even search on the knot for us because they can’t find us. I would also love to actually be able to see my guest list without being referred to the app. I don’t care about planning and more. I want to see my guests and to see who is coming or not Bt I keep getting forced into the app to do so.…

  7. Gendered language in registry survey

    Hello,
This note is in response to a survey I received via email titled "What were your wedding registry essentials? Tell us!"

I would like to register my disgust at the hetero-normative language that was used throughout this survey. I have accepted that 99% of the photos on the Knot feature a heterosexual couple (the vast majority of those being white too) and understand that there are fewer LGBT weddings occurring across the country. It has made me feel marginalized in my own wedding planning, but I understood and accepted it.

What I will not accept is the blatant use…

Thank you. Not only for taking time out of your day to send this very important note, but for calling this out to us at all. We are definitely trying to make strides on our site so that all couples feel welcome and valued at The Knot. We just have a few areas that are either being overlooked or that haven’t had the full update yet. This is definitely one of them.

I have already sent your feedback along to our Research and Marketing teams so we can make sure this is quickly on our priority list. I am very sorry you did not feel welcomed by our site when taking this quiz – that you felt we did not value you as a couple and that we did not value this enough to have made this change earlier. Thank you, again, for giving us an opportunity to see this…

  8. To have a page on your website that accepts months and years to facilitate the finding of the couples RSVP instructions......

Robert Heers............Stephanie Sweigart...............January,2020..........how does your page work?
