RSVP Email Confirmation not Landing

We recently became aware that some of our couples are not receiving their RSVP emails, or the emails are very delayed. We have notified our Tech team and they are working to get this issue corrected. We are so very sorry for this inconvenience. In the meantime, please do know that you can view all of your guests within the guest list manager under the All Guests list, and their responses will be noted there.
If you are looking for the RSVP Messages that come within you RSVP emails, you can also find them here:
1. When you export the Guest List you will find the notes in the Excel file you receive/download; and
2. If you are using the new Guest List Manager you can edit each individual guest and see the RSVP Message at the bottom of that slide-out screen.
We have added your email to a list to contact as soon as a fix is in place. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

I am a guest, and I ordered something for Sarah Nnah on this site, but I can't find a confirmation . How do I know if it was delivered?
I never ever received emails when someone RSVP'd. I used to get notifications when I had the app, but then the app went all crazy and since I have deleted it I haven't gotten anything since.
Thank you for fixing this! With a large, uncontrollable guestlist such as ours, this was proving to be a real nightmare! My first new RSVP response email came in this morning :)
That is great news! You mentioned before that the "note" people provide should still be available in guest list manager. How can we get to that?

Same. Thought I was missing something.
Pretty bad that there hasn’t been an email about this. Mine is still broken and there’s been no communication.
