we know our guests and what questions they would have. Please add a FAQ section we can edit to communicate better with our guests

I did it by adding a section to the details page and naming is "FAQs" and then adding a section for each FAQ (title=the questions, body of the section can include the answer.

Re the guest book: I started to post a guestbook comment on the site using my iPad. Midway thru, the post disappears. Is there anyway to recover it? I spent almost 15 minutes drawing a nice entry only to have in inexplicably vanish. This has happened twice today.
