Wedding Website is NOT WORKING PLEASE HELP!
Please tell me that all of my guests and my wedding website will be back up? I just sent out my invites and my only form of RSVP was my wedding website! PLEASE respond so I can get this stressful situation over with!

Tech has given us the all clear; you should be able to access your wedding website and Guest List Manager. Your guests should be able to access your wedding website as well. We really appreciate your patience while they worked through that.
Before you log in again can you please clear cache and cookies and restart your browser. We do recommend using either Google Chrome or Firefox to make any edits to your account. Please disable all pop up blockers. Also, make sure that your browser is updated to its most current version.
If you’re still encountering an error please let us know.

Same issue here. Have sent a number of emails to no avail. Very unprofessional.
Same situation here and would love a fix! I have tried clearing the cache and cookies, and have restarted my browser and turned off all pop-up blockers. If this isn't going to be fixed, I would like to know ASAP. Would love a prompt response, as my save the dates literally just went out.

My ceremony and reception are at different locations and no matter how many times I try to edit and save it does not work. Please help!

Same problem! It keeps showing my ceremony and reception are at the same location no matter how many times I try to fix it. It also won't show the date, but says my ceremony is from 12:00am-12:00am? Please fix ASAP! My save the dates arrive tomorrow!
My address for ceremony keeps changing to the same as reception, there is no way I can save the correct address and the box of same venue is unticked. It has been like this for the last week, please help! Thank you.
I'm having this issue right now, my guests can not search mine or my finances name on the knot. None of our guests can find us. 3 weeks before my wedding. When will this be fixed going on day 3.

I mailed all my invites out which direct guests to RSVP on my knot website but the site is unreachable and has been for 2 days now...
Every time I try to input the information like location, venue, site etc it deletes it or shows random parts of it. PLEASE HELP. This has been so stressful because people will be getting my invites tomorrow with my website link on it. The attached image is the information I need on it. I’m extremely upset that I have been contacting y’all for days and have gotten zero help.

Hello, i am having a problem with my site that I see many other brides are having too. I cannot edit my wedding section page, It wont allow me to input the location of the wedding ceremony.ch Our ceremony is at different location and it will not save properly- i'm also having the same problem for editing the time of the event . Hello, please help. I cannot edit my wedding section page, It wont allow me to input the location of the wedding ceremony. Each page normally has edit delete or add photo the wedding page is only showing add photo. Our ceremony is at a private house and google isnt picking up the location which means I cant enter it. Can someone please help!!! This is very very frustrating as this problem wasnt happening yesterday.
Ours is not working either. When we edit things on the page, the edits are not updating.
