Wedding Website is NOT WORKING PLEASE HELP!
Please tell me that all of my guests and my wedding website will be back up? I just sent out my invites and my only form of RSVP was my wedding website! PLEASE respond so I can get this stressful situation over with!

Tech has given us the all clear; you should be able to access your wedding website and Guest List Manager. Your guests should be able to access your wedding website as well. We really appreciate your patience while they worked through that.
Before you log in again can you please clear cache and cookies and restart your browser. We do recommend using either Google Chrome or Firefox to make any edits to your account. Please disable all pop up blockers. Also, make sure that your browser is updated to its most current version.
If you’re still encountering an error please let us know.
Is the Knot still a functioning website as apparently no one can access it and it hasn`t been fully functioning for some considerable time according to the post comments.
The Knot Website is just not functioning and apparently hasn`t been for some time judging by the number of Brides whose guests are unable to access their information. Has The Knot gone out of business perhaps?
Trying to create save the dates that have our site on them but we don't want to add it if it isn't working. clears cache and cookies and using safari. HELPPPP!

Our website is down as well. It loads on Chrome and Safari, but not Edge, Firefox, or IE.
Well, technically it "partially" loads, keeping all images fuzzy, and RSVP and registry do not show. Please fix ASAP.

I was having the same problem with guests not being able to access my website, and read a comment from a user on The Knot’s Facebook page that if you turn off your password requirement for guests to access the site, it should fix the issue. It seemed to work for me. As frustrating as it is that I now can’t keep the site password protected, it’s a whole lot better than not being accessible at all.
WEDDING WEBSITE DOWN! ***Please either have a 1-800 number or chat or something that all of us can access...nothing is accessible and how are we supposed to get RSVP's or information out to our guests? This is pretty urgent!
It looks like a ton of other people are having the same problem as I am over the past month. One month before the wedding, our wedding website with all the important information including being able to RSVP as well as our registry and honeymoon fund stops working and I am getting extremely stressed and nervous. The countless emails I receive from the knot everyday include ones about "how to reduce stress before the wedding" and ironically, this certainly does not help with that. I have emailed as well as called, but because this website is free, there is only so much customer service we have access to. PLEASE fix this issue as soon as possible. Whether free or not, a website providing a service should not take over 2 months to reply to people's posts. Not only does our link not work, but people cannot even access our site via a manual search. I have created a backup website with zola just in case, but it is very disheartening that a website aimed towards helping people plan their wedding has done the complete opposite

Hi my wedding website is down, and it is THE ONLY WAY MY GUEST CAN RSVP. trying to stay calm but there are over 300 people so it will be a major pain to call everyone individually.
Guests cannot see our website with prevalent important details about our big day! Please please fix your website!!!! This is absolutely unacceptable and not what engaged couples need less than a month before their wedding! ❣️❣️❣️❣️

I can update my website, but I or my guests can't view it either. Very nervous about how long this may be down because this is my only way to receive RSVPs!

Same issue here. Have sent a number of emails to no avail. Very unprofessional.
Same situation here and would love a fix! I have tried clearing the cache and cookies, and have restarted my browser and turned off all pop-up blockers. If this isn't going to be fixed, I would like to know ASAP. Would love a prompt response, as my save the dates literally just went out.

Does anyone from the knot want to answer us? I contacted you a few weeks ago. You promised a fix the week I complained and NOTHING has happened. Please help us here so that our guests can get the information they need.
