Wedding Website is NOT WORKING PLEASE HELP!
Please tell me that all of my guests and my wedding website will be back up? I just sent out my invites and my only form of RSVP was my wedding website! PLEASE respond so I can get this stressful situation over with!

Tech has given us the all clear; you should be able to access your wedding website and Guest List Manager. Your guests should be able to access your wedding website as well. We really appreciate your patience while they worked through that.
Before you log in again can you please clear cache and cookies and restart your browser. We do recommend using either Google Chrome or Firefox to make any edits to your account. Please disable all pop up blockers. Also, make sure that your browser is updated to its most current version.
If you’re still encountering an error please let us know.
I shared my KNOT link to my guests, and they were able to access my website only for a short time before it said the website was not working. You can pull up my registry but no one is able to RSVP. Help!

I too cannot edit my site on certain pages anymore. Should I even be using these site? I have spend a lot of time on this and do not want to post it if it is not going to work and it is going to be a problem like all of the comments I have been reading below.

Has anyone had luck with another website? I can't risk this not working when our guests need it. We're having a destination wedding.
I'm in the process of creating my wedding website, and it all just got erased. I had already added the registry, part of the guest list, pictures, and other details. I put in a long amount of time already, and I don't want to have to do that all over again. If I need to create a new one, I won't be using The Knot. Super disappointed and stressed about this. Please help get me back the work I've already done!

I have guests saying they have RSVP'd, but it is not showing. Is there a way to locate these so I dont have to ask everyone if they have RSVP'D?
I was almost finished my website and now I can't even access it anymore! It's just a blank page that says error, and when I searched for it my whole webiste is blank... just the templates. I can't start another one because my email is already taken (by me), but I can't log in! Its just an error and all my stuff is gone!
Very frustrating, when accessing the Knot RSVP option from my home and work PC the following message comes up. Oops! We're having trouble with your browser. Please try again on another browser or device. What good is this option if it doesn't allow guests to RSVP from a PC.

I am also experiencing this problem. I am unable to access my website via link and also via name search. I just sent out my save the dates with the website link on them and I need this issue to be resolved ASAP. Thanks in advance!
