Improvements for the guest list
The guest list information is a nightmare. If there is a guest, and that guest's plus one has a known name, and we enter it, those two names should be the only two allowed to be "searched for" and RSVP'd for instead of me having to check and recheck the guest list every time someone RSVPs. It just accepts everyone's RSVP and adds them as new guests instead of going off the list you have already created. Double, no, TRIPLE the work and a lot of frustration. Also, on the website, you cannot see the comments people make to us when they RSVP. I get them because my email is linked to the account, but my fiance is missing all the fun of those! I have to take screen shots from my phone and text them to him. Really not a nice thing. There should be a column on the guest list for their comments to show up for us.
Hi and thank you so much for your idea!
We will definitely take this into consideration. We’re always trying to improve the Wedding Website experience for couples so we welcome all of your great ideas.
We will keep this forum updated as we make improvements!
Enjoy your planning!

I would like to be able to sort by heading in the guest list so I can check off quickly as I am stamping invitations
Any update on this? Would like to make it for song requests instead of a "note" to us.
I am trying to change the notes section to ask for any dietary restrictions. Am I able to do this?
Any update on this request? I would love to change the text to get dietary requirements back
Add a scroll bar to the right side of the guest list so you can click with the mouse and scroll up and and down in addition to using the trackpad/mouse wheel for scrolling through the list.
You should have "country" in the guest-list import template... It is defaulted to United States and only has fields for State & Zip Code. I have to manually update each of the guests country and province after I import which makes the template useless. Example screenshots attached.

Well, the information is correct. I found the post to be useful, however, I am writing for the people who are facing issue with their AOL mail service. Click this reference link https://emailsupports.net/aol-account-recovery/ and get the idea about how to resolve it in just one click.

This website should work hard for me, not the other way around. It is absolutely ridiculous that you have to individually select each person to say that you sent them an invite. Seriously?? I sent 219 invitations, and I had to individually click on each person to say I sent them an invite, when I dropped them all off in the mail at the same time. SO stupid-- I cannot believe that in 2019 you can't figure out how to include a "select" all button.
What was even more infuriating is getting my guest count accurate. I uploaded the same spreadsheet that I used to send out invitations because, naturally it had everyone on there. But instead of being able to just change the guest count per household, I had to INDIVIDUALLY TYPE OUT 200 additional names within the existing households! WHAT!? Seriously, whether you're planning a wedding or not-- who has time for that!?
I chose this website over others because it is the most well known, and I assumed it would have everything I needed and be the most convenient. However, it has turned out to be VERY disappointing, and I will never recommend to anyone.
The ability for guests to write in plus one's names would be AMAZING

While this section may be useful for some couples there might be some who would rather not have this feature. Guests could potentially take advantage of this option to write in names of additional plus ones, change an invited plus one to someone else (a child/friend instead of a spouse), or add unwanted comments that they now expect to be honored, ex: music requests, seating requests, etc. It would be helpful to have the option to remove this feature or edit it to specify what information hosts are looking for, ex: any dietary restrictions/food allergies.

I second this! Why provide an export/import in a different format? I just spent an hour adjusting and now see I cannot re-import. Would you mind doing this for me on your end since the end user still doesn't have this functionality?
Also, if you put Sam on the guest list but they put Samantha it creates the whole new guest for them and lets them RSVP to all your events, even if they orginally only had a Dance Only invite! Now I have a bunch of people that were not supposed to be invited to the dance that are coming for dinner! This is not acceptable! if the guest types the name differently it should make them try it again or The Knot gives them a couple of similar options to choose from! ...NOT a happy camper!
I concur! I exported my guest list thinking it would be easier to edit and re-upload. Now I'm stuck doing things twice

You should allow import of CSVs in the same format that you export. I had imported all guests in before getting their addresses and figured I could re-import them after putting their addresses into my excel doc. Instead, I now have the choice to either manually input all of the addresses I've gathered or delete and reimport the guests who's addresses I've gathered. The first is a lot of work, the second is even more work because I'll then have to re-sort them into households, re-enter their RSVPs, etc. If I could simply export my guest list as a CSV, make edits (like copying in an address column from a separate excel doc to the CSV), then import that edited CSV, it'd make this process so much easier.
Please include a search bar in the guest management app. If I am trying to look for a specific guest, I do not want to scroll through them all and try to find one. I'd like to be able to type in the name to find it.
