Guest List - Lost contacts from my list - help!

We are so sorry some of you are finding that your Guest List has lost the guests you already had entered in. We are eager to find why this bug is causing this issue and we need a bit of your help. If so, does the issue occur on both app and web?
3. Can you send a screenshot of what your guest list looks like when the issue occurs?
4. What was the last thing you did in guest list before the guests disappeared?
5. When did it start occurring?
6. How many guests have disappeared?
7. What have you done to try and fix the issue?
8. Does the problem appear and re-appear?
9. Have you noticed any other changes in your guest list?
10. How many events are you using guest list for?
