We are happy to see the our Tech team was able to find a solution today for the Newlywed Fund issue that you helped us find, where your guests were not able to contribution to your fund. We have checked quite a few accounts and it all seems to be working well.

My guest cannot donate to my honeymoon fund
The knot registry (https://www.theknot.com/us/jamey-brittingham-and-derek-garrett-apr-2020/registry) is not allowing me to add funds from my laptop. Can you please invetigate?
My honeymoon fund wont save.... Doesnt show up on website. Frustrating

My cash fund (honeymoon fund) has been duplicated so now there are 3 cash fund registries that are all just the same.
Tried deleting it and re-adding, but somehow it just kept adding on and not deleting the previous one. Anyone with the same issue? Tried contacting customer support but they take forever :(
For the newlywed fund, when entering the credit card info, the name pops up as numeric.
Can’t access the fund for a few days now. I emailed several times customer support, but no one is responding. Highly disappointed.

The website is currently not working in order to set up a Cash Fund - any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I haven't gotten any of the funds donated into my account yet and its been almost 2 months. can someone contact me since i can't get anyone on the phone!?

We have set up a Newlywed cash fund and it has been more than 2 weeks since the first gift received, but it is not even a pending charge on my bank account. What else can been done?

I was having this same issue, and tried Emily's suggestion of turning the Amazon registry off and on again (IT Crowd, anyone?) and it worked! All of my registries, including the honeymoon fund and my custom cash funds, are now showing on the guest view of my wedding website.
Hi guys, I think I just found a fix for my issue with my cash fund page not showing on my registry.
1. I turned off my exisiting amazon registry on the settings page.
2. Opened 'view registry as guest' in new tab - finally my cash funds were showing./
3. Turned my Amazon registry back on.
Now both my Amazon Registry and Cash funds are showing! Phew!
We have a honeymoon fund set up, but it is not showing up anywhere except on our site... not my guest's view.
