Make RSVP customisable please
Please allow us to edit the "do you have any additional notes" at point of RSVP - I feel that it is really vague and not helpful.
I specifically want to know about dietary requirements, but many guests may not think to include that there if not prompted.
Some others may want to use it for a different question, or delete it altogether. Please let us customise it..
I would love to use theknot for our wedding website but this is the one thing holding me back.
Hi and thank you so much for your idea!
We will definitely take this into consideration. We’re always trying to improve the Wedding Website experience for couples so we welcome all of your great ideas.
We will keep this forum updated as we make improvements!
Enjoy your planning!
I am trying to figure out how to ask guests what type of meal they would select, eg: vegetarian, gluten free. How can you add a question like this to the RSVP?
Have the ability to add in your own RSVP fields - such as song request
Hi did this ever get sorted?

I want to ask my guests questions about song requests, hotel choices and dietary restrictions to name a few. I don't just want to give them a blanket space for notes. They won't provide any information! I need to have a space where I can ask for it. Let me adjust the RSVP section to my needs.
There is an option with paper RSVP cards for guests to write a song they would like to hear during the reception. I would like that to be an option instead of a meal option since we are doing a buffet
This would be a huge help! I would love to add questions like what food choice they want, or a music suggestion for the DJ

Yes completely agree! Especially if booking accommodation has to go through myself (not booked individually with venue)

I would like a Maybe option also
agreed - this would be great

My one question would be: "What is the address of your place of lodging for the wedding weekend?" This way we can coordinate shuttles/transportation to pick up all of our guests and bring them to the ceremony location.

During the RSVP process. I would like my guest to be able answer other questions that I can customize.
Would you like childcare for your child?
I too wanted to do this. They suggested that if I don’t want to use the Guest Book online, you can change it to say song requests. It’s not as conscientious as having it on the RSVP, but it’s an option!
Yes, I agree, instead of choosing a meal I'm looking for a place when guests RSVP to add a favorite song...
I would really like to be able to alter the RSVP, add other requirements. We are asking guest to choose a song that they would like to hear at the wedding. Please let me know if there is another way of attaining this through the website. TIA.
It would be great if we could organize our guest list into "definitely invited" and "maybe invited." Our venue can only fit 130 people, but our guest list is 150 people, so we are planning on sending rolling invitations. I would be great to add everyone all at once to keep track, but section off the people who won't be invited unless others decline. Thanks!

I'd also like some customization for the RSVP form. When our guests RSVP, we'd like them to be able to request a song. Thank you!
I want all our friends that access our website to see our story and photos, but there should be a way for the address of the venues to be only shown to the quests invited. We have more people coming to our ceremony than our reception and the reception guests need the address, but we don’t want all the ceremony guests to see the address. We’re orderig our invited in bulk so we can’t add both the address to only some of them.
The font on the RSVP form is standard and doesn't match any customized wedding theme. Plus, the font for the actual R S V P letters are barely legible and would be nice if this font could be customized.
I was just wondering if you have managed to add this feature to the website yet?
If not, I read malloryjjones1 comment/reply and added an event but can't seem to get the accepting or declining to work??
I agree the djs prefer you do that so everyone is happy and not bugging them
