Wedding Details editing not working
Cannot edit the details for the Wedding Event Information or Ceremony and Reception sub-items. Every time I try to save a change nothing happens. Also, the ceremony and reception venues keep getting switched when trying to edit and then auto changing the overall event detail when I didn't want it to, but even so can't save any of it anyway, clicking "Save" does nothing
In order to continue to offer the best product to our users, we have made some changes to the way you can edit your wedding website. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience, but hope you’ll find the new formatting easy and useful.
Previously, you may have used the options listed on the left side of your page to locate and edit the various sections and tabs of your website. Moving forward, you can now make all of those changes directly from the Wedding Website dashboard. You no longer need to go into separate sections of the dashboard. Yay!
Simply locate the page topic you’d like to edit on the main dashboard page (Registry, Our Wedding, Accommodations, etc…), and click on the section of interest. You should see the editing option appear on the right side of your page.
Please take some time to explore our new changes and let us know if you have any additional questions. Your experience is important to us, and we welcome your feedback.
Before you log in again can you please clear cache and cookies and restart your browser. We do recommend using either Google Chrome or Firefox when accessing your wedding website and to make any edits to your account. Please disable all pop up blockers. Also, make sure that your browser is updated to its most current version. If you are finding you are still having issues accessing or editing your Membership Features, please try an Incognito Window within Chrome.

I cannot edit my location address for my ceremony. I am very frustrated as I wanted to share my website within the next two weeks. Please help or I will be using another website
I am still having trouble editing this section. I am trying to update my information with the specific timing of events and can't add this info in. Is there any way to do this still? Thank you!!

I also am having the same issues as other users. I cannot easily edit the details in the notes section for my wedding day. I could previously center the text and now I cannot.
I have spent 3 days trying to figure out what I was doing wrong and now I learn that this was something the Knot did on purpose. Please change it back. I have spent countless hours in the past few days trying to do make edits that should have taken an hour max. This is quite frustrating.
Also, sometimes the edits I make don't show in the preview view but when I go back and check the editing view I can see the changes. The editing site was more intuitive in prior versions.
Okay great, now I can't center my text. Everything was working just fine and then you guys made changes and made this experience incredibly stressful. Great job!

WEBSITE IS NO GOOD. EVERY TIME I TRY TO UPDATE THE CEREMONY & RECEPTION IT DOESN'T SAVE.
Hi there, my wedding venue is at my family house so how should i add that in the wedding detail section?

Original poster here, I finally got it figured out.If you go the "You Website" tab of the wedding website dashboard, there is a list on the right side of pages or events.
For me, I clicked the "The Wedding" event on the right, and it pulls up an "Edit Event" tab on the right. This is where I knew I could make changes, but I previously wasn't able to make or save any. I did clear all my cookies and info from Chrome, and the correct information showed up and I could edit it (could not click where I wanted to edit, I has to use the arrow keys to get through text). Unfortunately, I still could not save any changes, but I found out if I delete all of the meal options (which show back up anyways?) It will allow me to save, once I click the save button 3 times...
I have no idea what the root cause of this all was, but I hope that it can help someone else!
This is not working for me either. The ceremony will not update to the right location and it says midnight is the start time. This is a huge problem especially since it originally looked good and the site updated to the wrong details on its own. I regret choosing your company for the site but we're sending out our save the dates with this information already. Please advise ASAP.
Unfortunately I am still experiencing the same exact problem. Nothing has been fixed on my end. I still cannot edit/delete the Wedding day details. PLEASE HELP! This is really embarrassing as we already sent out our link and depended on this website for RSVP's, travel details and most importantly to share our story with our guests.
Experiencing same issues as everyone else, even after performing the proposed suggestion. My Ceremony and Reception information appears to have been deleted, and the new left side option will not take all of my changes; the ceremony address shows commas after street number and will not let me correct. The previous option was more flexible, it allowed my to upload an image and format optional information (i.e. center reception details with paragraph spacing so more appeasing to the eye).

The directions provided above do not fix the issue. In fact, that is where we were navigating to make the changes. Please see the attached Webex video with audio that will show you the steps we were taking to update the information. Hope it helps. Thank you.

The proposed suggestion DOES NOT WORK. The Wedding Website Dashboard is where the problem is being seen. Please address this issue

This is happening to me as well! I even tried taking away the section and adding a new section and it still will not work !
