I am a guest at a wedding today, 10/26/19, in a few hours. I have been trying for 2 days to access the couples website...I also get the 'Oops...!' message repeatedly... the couple show up on the search but I cannot access their website or registry. There web address on the invitation goes nowhere. There are no words I can use in polite company to express how irritating this is. I will be discussing it with EVERY other guest at this function and beyond. Thank you for turning what should be a lovely event into a running dissertation on The Knot (or should I say 'The Not')...

UPDATE: The password is the issue. Remove the password and the site works. They are working to fix the issue.
We are having the exact same issue. Wedding is this weekend (10/26/19). It is critical that the guest can access the site to access the schedule and all the activities.
With this many people experiencing this error , the knot should be on top of it immediately. Yet we have yet to see any response or solution to this. This is affecting our entire planning and RSVP process.
I am getting the same issue, and our RSVP deadline was yesterday. Please fix this, as we have all the wedding information on this website.
I can access it on my end when I'm logged in, but all my guests are unable to see it, nor can I when I log out and check it.

My website is not working. It says the page can't be found. Please address this today as it appears to be affecting many users.
I also have the same issue - the website exists on the server to edit and you can search for it, but not published live to the internet so all the links are dead.

I'm having the same exact issue? why aren't they responding and letting us know how to fix this serious issue????
I am having the same problem. My guests need to reply by the 1st of November and are getting the oops error message.
Im getting the same problem too! we can search our names on the ' find a couple' page but then when we click on the link it comes up with the "oops" error.
We have also had difficulties in the past with people RSVP'ing (The website only allows one RSVP from a device so guests have to log into different devices to RSVP multiple names.... SO frustrating)
Now not being able to even access the site... this just looks bad.
I have emailed them and haven't received a reply yet. Has anyone else's been fixed yet?
I'm having the same issue, my guests get an Oops error page. Invites have been sent and everyone is telling me they get that message. Please help!
My guests cannot get on the wedding website, and I can't either when I log out of my account and try typing it in. The search will find our names but the link to the website will not work. I get that same annoying "opps" error page. It should probably instead acknowledge that they have having difficulties instead of making people think that something is wrong with their own computers. Hopefully this is fixed soon!
My guests are experiencing this same issue, and we recently sent out invites. They can still search for the website on The Knot, but that error page pops up. I hope this issue gets resolved quickly!
I am experiencing the exact problem and have already gone through the process of clearing my cache and browser history. It seems it's something with the site itself (perhaps a server?). I am able to access the site through the app (from the manager side) but guests can't log in (from either the app or from the web via phone or computer), they are receiving the "oops" message.
Please help us!!!
