Wedding Website "Page Not Found"
We JUST sent out our Save the Dates and we're already getting feedback from guests that they can't access our site! I tried to view it myself and I can't access it either. I saw so many posts in forums warning against using The Knot for their wedding website and I am beyond disappointed that they were right.

I am seeing that this has been fixed/updated already. Please make sure to clear your cache and cookies before attempting to access your wedding website.
We do recommend using either Google Chrome or Firefox to make any edits to your account. Please disable all pop up blockers. Also, make sure that your browser is updated to its most current version.

UPDATE: The password is the issue. Remove the password and the site works.They are working to fix the issue.
We are having the exact same issue. Wedding is this weekend (10/26/19). It is critical that the guest can access the site to access the schedule and all the activities.

My website is not working. It says the page can't be found. Please address this today as it appears to be affecting many users.
well i'm glad it at least isn't just me but am equally as frustrated right now! We're having a destination wedding and guests have been trying to plan accommodations over the weekend and none of them can access our site which took me forever to put together, and now no one can even access all the information I put on there. This is ridiculous.
I've been having this issue on and off with some of my guests as well. Usually I would have to refresh the page and it comes back. But I agree with Claire's comment - it's an issue on The Knot's end that they have to fix.
... I'm pretty close to just re-doing my whole wedding website with a different provider if it continues happening!
This is happening to me now too!! I’m sooo disappointed!
Having the same issue. It seems like when this issue happened in the past it was a server issue on The Knot's end and will come back... just don't know when.
I can access the website on chrome, but not on Internet Explorer or my iPhone.
