"Page not Found" - Guest view of Wedding Website
We are very sorry to let you know that some of our Wedding Websites have had an issue this weekend with their site not being able to be viewed by their guests. The error of "Page not Found" is likely due to a bug with the Password on your website.
Log into your admin, turn OFF your password, and it should allow your guests to view your website with ease. This is an urgent bug fix that our Tech team is already working on and we hope to have a solution as soon as possible.

I am seeing that this has been fixed/updated already. Please make sure to clear your cache and cookies before attempting to access your wedding website.
We do recommend using either Google Chrome or Firefox to make any edits to your account. Please disable all pop up blockers. Also, make sure that your browser is updated to its most current version.

When I share my wedding website link to guests (testing for my wedding invites in a few months), it keeps appearing as 'page not found.' I have the settings as public with no password. I have been trying to get this fixed for three months now, and continue to get vague responses and no anticipated turnaround time for a fix. I have not been satisfied with The Knot customer service so far. I am not convinced someone has been working on fixing this issue for the past few months. I am giving it one more month and then switching to a different product that is more reliable.

Yes please let us know as soon as this issue has been resolved.
My website is still showing the error that it cannot be found. Our RSVP deadline is today and we need it fixed ASAP.

Please inform us as soon as possible when the bug has been corrected. This is very stressful
It hasn't been working since Friday...my wedding was on Saturday. Quite inconvenient and unnecessary worry for a bride on her wedding weekend as people are trying to get information for the wedding, reception, gifts, etc. Could it have not been fixed sooner than tomorrow? Or perhaps an email with the above information to turn off the password should have been sent out? I didn't see this message until Sunday night (Oct. 20).
Are all of the countless other bug fixes not "urgent"??
