Registry Not Sorting In The Order You Choose
Registry states you can drag and drop the tiles in the order you wish when selecting the custom feature. This does not work. When I drag something it just goes back to where it originally was.I then previewed my registry as a view and it says it is in the order of "couples fav" ... this is not listed in our favorite order, won't allow us to even arrange the order ...
I then tried to have viewers just see the price high to low when they first go on my registry page and this does not work either. It keeps reverting back to "couples fav" , which as i explained is in no particular order at all.
Sending out bridal shower invites this week and would love for this to actually work as intended so guests can see what we really want!

The customize tool does not work in order for us to organize our registries how we'd like. Also, we should be able to order our providers so that the gifts we want the most will appear at the top. My cash funds are currently burried. I wish we could highlight those, or they appeared ABOVE the registry. I also think that we should be able to sort the order we want gifts to appear - for example, just low to high.
It's been almost 3 weeks since this has been responded to by the Knot. Is this going to be fixed any time soon?
Also... I really hate the generic 'we'll take this into consideration..' response. This is something you have promoted on your website as an option for registry sorting, not something someone suggested.
Any update on when this will be fixed? The fact that I can't rearrange or prioritize my registry items makes it look messy and haphazard. The Knot's customer service is laughable. I sent an email to them over a month ago - no response.

Very disappointed. Stinks that I made such a big mistake by choosing the knot instead of another service. Our wedding is coming up and I can't change now. The registry portion of the website has been mediocre throughout my wedding planning process (advertising that you can add gifts from any website but only really having that ability on Firefox?! come on). The registry section is a mess. Will not recommend the knot to other brides.
It's crazy this still hasn't been fixed, despite the 100% unanimous agreement from users that they want this feature back.
All I have to say is there is a reason theKnot is not longer on the top of any 2020 wedding website recommendation blogs. Zola and Joy are beating them in nearly every list, and probably for a good reason.

Hi, I am experiencing the same problem. Would love to be able to sort my priority items but this function is not working.
Also experiencing the same problem, for at least two weeks now. Used to work but anything new I add just sits at the bottom and won't stay where I move it.
We used to be able to sort into a custom order, but that has not been working for at least a week, when we recently tried to make changes to our registry
I am having the same problem! I haven't seen any fix for this, and all I see in response is this same reply from the admin.

Agreed. The wish list looks so tacky. Let us have the option to get rid of it

I'm having the same problem. The site won't let me arrange my gifts. Once I drag them, they don't stay in my preferred order.

YES please fix this! I really want to rearrange the items on the list so I can put certain things first!
I keep checking in every day to see if this bug has been fixed that is not allowing me to rearrange and prioritize the items on my registry... and still NOTHING has been done! Please fix this @TheKnot! It is incredibly frustrating and has been going on for at least a month!
It seems several users are having this problem. We are able to choose 'custom order' but it will not actually allow us to drag and move items. This is a major drawback for using your site. PLEASE FIX.

I am having the same issue as others! PLEASE FIX! I really want to prioritize the cash funds and organize the physical gifts in order from most to least wanted. And, like others below, we only have physical gifts on our registry for the traditional gift-givers. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX!
