What's your idea for The Knot?

[Wedding Website] State abbreviation keeps changing on my wedding website.

I keep having issues with my wedding website's locations changing. Instead of staying in "PA" the location keeps changing to "Pe". I have changed it multiple times and each and every time, it changes to an abbreviation that does not exist. I have tried emailing the help email address and have not received any response, not even an acknowledgement that the email was received. I am quite unhappy about the customer service.

    Hello Christina,

    We apologize for the issues you are experiencing trying to update your location. Right now we are still making improvements on our location feature. In the meantime you should be able to add the location under the Account Settings option found under the "My Knot" header. At the moment the location is set to abbreviate the first two letters of the state/country that is entered after the city. For example, if you enter "Wales, United Kingdom" it will show as "Wales, Un" on the wedding website. If you enter the location as "Wales, UK" the location should display properly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for you. We also want to assure you that we are still making improvements on our location feature, so keep in touch for any updates.

    I am having this exact problem too! I am getting this same problem. I live in the United Kingdom but wanted to use this website as my family are from the States. It will not allow me to use Wales, UK permanently - it just keeps changing. I'd even be happy if the location field was deleted. Please let me know if you can help :)
