[Guest List] The RSVP section should be more customizable.
We need to be able to customize the RSVPs way more on our wedding websites.
Here are some things I would like to see:
- Customize the wording of "accept" and "regret" and ability to add more options (e.g. accept happily, regret with sorrow, not sure yet, etc.)
- Ability to add additional customized parts of the RSVP form, like song requests or advice for the couple, etc.
- Under no circumstances should people NOT on the guest list be able to RSVP. That's just a basic must-have that should have been implemented from the beginning.
I've read on this forum that you are working on improving the RSVPs. When will some of the improvements roll out?
It is truly like Christmas morning around here. The Secure RSVP feature is now in place for you to use on your wedding website and guest list manager. YAY!!
I know a number of you have events that are already passed – but please cheer along with us. Thanks to your feedback and voting here in our forum, this has been a major priority for 2016 and you made this happen.
For those of you still looking for a way to make your RSVP limited to only those on your guest list, check out this quick instruction video:
What else is new on the Guest List Manager/RSVP features?
*You can now limit the events each guest can RSVP for when you have them entered in your Guest List manager.
*Guests are now prompted to RSVP in their party leader groups – so families can RSVP at the same time.
*Guests are given the option to leave a note for the couple. This allows them to give you dietary restrictions, transportation choices, song requests – the world is open.
*You can now change the meal options for your guest directly from the Guest List manager instead of having to go back through your website pages.
*If you choose to have your guest list private, only those on your list will be allowed to RSVP. Everyone else will need to reach out to you directly.
*Guests that sign up to receive a reminder 30 days before your event are no longer prompted to only look over your gift registries. They are now encouraged to review your site for date, time, location updates, attire or outing updates and much more.
And we are not done here. We are continuing to add more features to our free services and truly want this to be a great experience for everyone. Thank you – to all of you – for providing such valuable feedback. It makes a difference!

It would be really really great if we could customize the questions that are asked in the RSVP. We want to make sure that we get dietary restrictions and the number of kids attending with each family group, but right now we can't even include an instruction to put that information in the notes on the RSVP page. I tried to make my own page to link to a google form, but if I name the page 'RSVP' it will redirect to your RSVP form, so that makes it very challenging to use my own link.
I want to be able to show different guests different versions of my website. We have a schedule for the wedding and reception, but have different guest lists for each.
For example, if person A is invited to both the wedding and the reception, we want the website to show them the details of both events. If the person is only invited to the reception, we only want them to see the details of that event.
RSVPS should also reflect which of the events they are invited to. How do I do this.

Hi, how can I add an option for evening guests to RSVP please? I’ve created a second event, but can only import contacts from the existing guest list.. which is the fay guests. Tried adding evening guests into that but it automatically feeds into the daytime too. Thanks
Hi! I was wondering what the online process would be if you just wanted just invite people to the reception and not the ceremony? Is there a way to make this clear on the website RSVP system? Thank you!
Quick question: why does my rsvp now ask for the guest email?
Hi. I'm having a wedding that entails two events that require RSVPs, but when we go to the RSVP tab it's only asking people to RSVP to one event. Why isn't the other one showing up? We added an event in our dashboard and enabled RSVP for it. The second event has its own RSVP tab, but when we click on it it just wants us to RSVP for the first event. Please help!

My collect address is not working. Each time I try to click on the guest list manager link I get a response saying to add the app. I already have the app but cannot find where I can accept the address that was sent to me on the guest list manager. Can anyone assist with this matter?
How do i add kids along with a plus one on the RSVP guest list?
Adrianna Janckila commented
Can guests add a plus one for themselves on the RSVP area? I have a person who neither of us know that is now showing up on our guest list under another guests party. We were not planning on giving her a plus one.
What about a guest who have a plus one? How are they to RSVP for their guest? How can you build households with the privacy RSVP feature?
