  1. Need to allow styling of text (specifically hyperlinks)

    I'm using the Vintage Mountain theme, and hyperlinks are styled exactly the same as regular text. It makes it impossible to see where links are. Actually, looking closely, it appears that it may use a font that differs ever so slightly, but only if you get right up close to the screen. This is kind of a blocker for us for how we wanted to lay out our website.

  2. Can't Create URL

    When trying to create our website, it won't move past the URL creating section. We type one in and it will not do anything. What do we do?

  3. Wedding Website is not working

    When guests try to search for our wedding website on theknot.com or by using the website URL, the error message "Oops!
    We're having trouble finding that page" is displayed. This is the ONLY method my guests can RSVP and access wedding information. I need this fixed ASAP! If I had known this was going to be an ongoing issue, I would have gone with a different planning website altogether!

  4. Unreliable wedding website

    My wedding invites are OUT AND GUESTS CANT ACCESS MY WEBSITE!! Says oops page cannot be found since WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY!!!

    This is very upsetting.

  5. Wedding Website "Page Not Found"

    We JUST sent out our Save the Dates and we're already getting feedback from guests that they can't access our site! I tried to view it myself and I can't access it either. I saw so many posts in forums warning against using The Knot for their wedding website and I am beyond disappointed that they were right.

  6. Guest cannot access my wedding website erroe

    My guest gets a " Oops! We're having trouble finding that page" error whenever they try to access my website. Its soo close to my wedding and this cannot be happening now.

    Please fix it.

  7. can not make the web site

    I have been trying to create a website and the website won't work.

    Congrats! You’ve created your wedding website....but the botton "set my URL" is never work

    Thank you for your patience!

    Our Tech team just deployed a fixed about an hour ago. You should be able to create your wedding website from a desktop. Our mobile team is still investigating the issue with our App. For now, please proceed with creating your wedding website from a desktop using the following recommended browsers. 

    Before you log in again can you please clear cache and cookies and restart your browser. We do recommend using either Google Chrome or Firefox when accessing your wedding website and to make any edits to your account. Please disable all pop up blockers. Also, make sure that your browser is updated to its most current version. If you are finding you are still having issues accessing or editing your Membership Features, please try an Incognito Window within Chrome.

  8. Wedding Details editing not working

    Cannot edit the details for the Wedding Event Information or Ceremony and Reception sub-items. Every time I try to save a change nothing happens. Also, the ceremony and reception venues keep getting switched when trying to edit and then auto changing the overall event detail when I didn't want it to, but even so can't save any of it anyway, clicking "Save" does nothing

    Hi there!

    In order to continue to offer the best product to our users, we have made some changes to the way you can edit your wedding website. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience, but hope you’ll find the new formatting easy and useful.

    Previously, you may have used the options listed on the left side of your page to locate and edit the various sections and tabs of your website. Moving forward, you can now make all of those changes directly from the Wedding Website dashboard. You no longer need to go into separate sections of the dashboard. Yay!

    Simply locate the page topic you’d like to edit on the main dashboard page (Registry, Our Wedding, Accommodations, etc…), and click on the section of interest. You should see the editing option appear on the right side of your page.

    Good Afternoon,
    Hope my message finds you well. However its with great disappointment that I write to you. We purchased a website through you guys, but the site wont publish. We have purchased save-the-dates and arent able to send out due to this issue. Ive looked at your website and there is no resources available for my site not publishing. If you look at your comments section, you will see I am not the only one having this issue. I understand supposedly these websites automatically publish themselves, but when you type in the URL it simply tells you page not…

    I'm having issues - I can go to my external website from the knot.com I cannot manage the website. The error is saying "404

  14. Registry Note unable to change font color

    The background for our website is dark purple and does not show Black font all too well. I have updated the font area to all white, but the Registry Note section is still in black. How can this be updated?

  16. Website Creation bug.... WHY ISNT IT AUTO SAVE

    There needs to be an auto save feature when writing in the different sections of the wedding website. It is extremely easy to delete paragraphs of details, stories etc. that have all been neatly compiled.

    I have lost so much work today because I HIGHLIGHTED the text, and poof, text box and hours of work just gone..

    Other option is to have a note on the website creation page, to write all of your information in a different space and copy paste it into the text boxes.

    Just a heads up for busy brides like me! Write it down elsewhere…

    Great news! Our Website team was able to push the update on the wedding websites just last week. Now when you are typing a story or updating your information, the system will no longer allow you to exit without saving or cancelling. It will require you to take action. This helps keep the great wording you already have in place in the story just for you!

    Thank you for taking time to write this forum idea, and vote it up. This is the best way for our teams to see what is a priority on our site.

  17. Wedding party categories

    I already sent an email to customer support but never heard anything back. I have flower boys but they can only be listed as flower girls on my wedding website. Your own description of wedding parties on your website lists them as “flower children”. Can this be made available on the wedding websites we create? I want to put my nephews on my website but don’t think it’s fair to call them “flower girls”. Please help!

  19. "Are you sure you want to exit from this page" Option on wedding website

    I just spent over an hour writing all of the painfully detailed instructions for our destination wedding on the "Accommodations" section of our wedding website and apparently I accidentally clicked off of the editing box that I was working from and now all of my work has disappeared.

    I just died a little inside because it took me so long to assemble all the information and now it's gone. I can't go back, there is no recover button, I didn't even get a warning that I was about to exit the editing box without saving my work before it all…

    On the wedding party section. There is a Man of Honor position, however, there is no Best Woman position. I chose my sister to be my Best Woman, and I'd like to put her on our wedding party section as such.
