  1. Let me edit a household after I've added it to the guest list please

    I have to delete the household and start over every time I want to add a member of the family that I may have forgotten. Maybe there is a way to do it that I am missing? Help.

  2. On the desktop version VS Mobile App

    For some reason I cant add my guests to groups on the desktop its only available through the mobile version. Also, on the mobile I have to input everyone all over? seems silly

    Right now, this is how the system is set up. Our mobile app is moving forward and testing out different advancements so we know what will work and get that added to desktop in the future. I know it is frustrating, but we appreciate your patience as we make sure our product is working for all couples.

  3. Being able to edit the checklist names

    It would be nice to be able to edit the checklist items name. Example "Book your bar service" to be able to edit it to "Purchase wine and beer for wedding" since we aren't per say having a "bar service". thanks!

    We love hearing this suggestion. Having the ability to personalize the checklist is a common ask and our Development teams continue to look at ways we can make this happen. We hope that in the future it will be a flexible list that you can adjust at will… but it is going to take more time.

  4. Find a couples registry

    Not all “save the date” cards have the the couples last name. Please allow someone to look them up using only their first names.

    You are right – many times the couple doesn’t include all of their information. We are hoping to improve our couple’s search in the next few months and I will be sure to pass along this idea to our Development team. I will say that when looking just for first names, even if you have the date, there is going to be a lot of duplicates. We definitely want to make sure that our guests are finding the right couple the first time. We tend to assume that if you are invited to a wedding, the guest will know the last name of at least one member of the couple, but again, we will definitely revisit this logic when refreshing our search feature.

  5. Combine RSVPs for Events

    Collect RSVP for Wedding and other events (Welcome Party, etc) in one place. Currently, I don't think people will understand they need to do both. Also, there should be a place to clearly collect dietary restrictions. Even better, let me word it...Our wedding is at an Aquarium and we want to specifically know of any shellfish allergies or other dietary needs.

    I really appreciate you taking the time to give these details. While we do have the ability for you to collect RSVPs for multiple guests in one place, and to ask your guests about allergies/meal choices/restrictions, it is apparent it is not as visible as we would like it to be. We will be taking this under advisement so we can make these features more user friendly.

    The app thinks I have a wrong number but the number is correct.

    I can't do anything else in the app until I delete the correct number.

  7. Make app available in Australia.

    Make app available in Australia. The website doesnt work on mobiles and the app is pushed on every page yet the app isnt downloadable.

    I dont get it why i cant read articles on the app. Its frustrating to open them on the browser. I would love it if u could add that section to the app

  9. Better guest count filters for venue search.

    When I try to search for venues for 51-100 people, I get results for 51+, up to 300+. Because this the selection option is a radio button, it seems like I'm only searching in the selected range but based on the results, that isn't the case.

  10. Fix these obvious problems.This is very frustrating and I feel forced into **** I don’t want at this point

    We have already done all planning and are ready to go in 24 days. No one can get onto the website and I’m having to add them myself for rsvps. This is very annoying. Further, they can’t even search on the knot for us because they can’t find us. I would also love to actually be able to see my guest list without being referred to the app. I don’t care about planning and more. I want to see my guests and to see who is coming or not Bt I keep getting forced into the app to do so.…

  11. conversations format

    Hi,
    When I view my "conversations" in the knot website, the email trail is very long due to lost of extra, unnecessary spacing. I suggest this be changed to make the conversations section much easier to navigate.

  12. Add Canadian Vendors

    When I search in vendors, it gives me all US Vendors. I am in Canada. In Victoria, BC to be exact. When I click to search venders there, it comes up with Vendors in Ontario? So frustrating because I want to use your wedding planner, but I can't if certain features don't work. I'm hoping maybe this is a simple fix?

  14. Improve household grouping

    It's great that this website is free. It would just be a lot easier if I could select all the names in a household and click a 'group' button. Similarly, I made a bunch of changes, exported my list so that I could add my fiance's info in the same format and the import list format is different. You should be able to import in the same format as the export.
    Also, when my guests provide their info via link, it adds them as a new guest, so when I delete the guest without the info (to keep track of…

  15. Printer-Friendly Option

    I had been going through some of my favorite reception venues on my The Knot account and wanted to print some of them out to compare. However, when I went to print it, it printed several pages and was not very aesthetically pleasing. It would be great to have a "printer friendly" option for some of these pages that was more concise and fit better onto the printed pages.

  17. Conscience protection

    My suggestion would be concerning the knot's promotion of LGBTQ+ values for June. I found it to be problematic for my wedding pages, since I am a conscientious objector to such a promotion.

    Let me just say that yes, we absolutely must treat every person with dignity and courtesy, regardless of their orientation, feelings, state in life, etc. The personal dignity and happiness of each unique individual is, however, best honored and safeguarded by the traditional teaching on marriage, and this is both a philosophically probative and religiously binding conviction. LGBTQ+ agendas do not stop at asking that such individuals…

  18. Be able to change search radius for vendors

    I am having issues searching for photographers, each time I try to search for Green Bay WI I get results for photographers in Milwaukee and Chicago which is not helpful at all.

    I am sorry this is not coming up with results closer to you. One suggestion I do have is to try filtering one item at a time. For example, when you are in the Marketplace, just search by radius and then choose ‘apply’. Then you can go back and add to search by Best of Weddings, or the $, $$, $$$, $$$$ ratings, then choose apply again. Our search feature likes to only search one thing at a time, and this may help actually find results in your area.

  19. Search Vendors by Date Availability

    Be able to search for vendors that are still unbooked for your wedding date in the filters that can be turned on and off for items where the date may not apply.

    This is a great suggestion and one that we are definitely taking to heart. As we continue to help our vendors grow their business exposure to our couples, this would be a great piece of information for all couples to have at their fingertips so they can narrow down the choices more effectively.   20. Enable RSVP email to be sent to both bride and groom.

    It would be nice if both the bride and groom could get certain updates from their wedding website. My fiancé gets all the updates from the site but I don't get any. If we could put two emails on one account this would help this issue and enable me (the groom) to help respond to certain situations rather than the bride having to deal with everything.

    Yes I am a groom who actually wants to help with the wedding!! ;)
