Why are my registry items not showing on The Knot?

Only items that are available for purchase online are displayed on your registry on The Knot. Newly added items can also take a few minutes to sync while we process the latest updates.  

If you are missing items on The Knot that should be listed, refresh your registry page or try again in a few minutes.

If the registry items are still not appearing on The Knot, contact The Knot customer service at help@theknot.com.
