The Knot wedding website creator and customer service is A JOKE. I have been waiting for editing issues to be fixed since AUGUST. I left my website alone for a while because I was getting so frustrated until someone recently told me a few pictures were missing. When I went back on yesterday to re-add the pictures, all of my text got messed up and now I cannot center or add page breaks between my text and it looks ridiculous. The <center> code does not work. I have emailed customer service about other issues countless times but all I'm ever told is that they are "working diligently to solve the issues." Honestly, it should not take any company so long to fix coding issues--let alone a company as big as The Knot. If my save-the-dates weren't already out I would have been on Zola months ago. This is beyond unprofessional and I am tired of waiting. I will NEVER recommend The Knot to anyone.
